Terms of service individual transfers

1. The travel agent is required to do so no less than 5 working days before the transfer date to personal account in the Notes to the application must provide the Tour Operator with:

The three of us vacationed from August 1 to August 14, 2016 (me, my husband and my mother). Actually, this trip was an anniversary gift for my mother.Let me say right away that we REALLY enjoyed our vacation. The owners are excellent people, kind, sympathetic, caring and most importantly unobtrusive. And their staff is excellent. Everyone is clean, very good-natured, responsive, they will tell you everything and tell you everything. We didn’t hear a single rude word from anyone during the entire vacation.
WE HAD A BETTER REST THAN IN SOME FOREIGN HOTELS.
We went on a trip. We booked two standard double rooms.
When we first arrived, our two rooms were not yet ready. There were some hiccups due to the fact that there were three of us, and we booked 2 double rooms (no one had done this before), but when we sorted out the situation, we were accommodated in a 4-bed suite for one night. (so we were satisfied).
The next day we were accommodated according to the purchased vouchers. The rooms were standard. Everything you needed was in the room - beds with good mattresses, bedside tables, a table, a wardrobe, a TV (there are a lot of channels), a refrigerator (it worked quietly - this is a plus), a fan. The toilet is small, but clean, all the plumbing was in working order. Hot water was available around the clock. The bed linen and towels were clean, almost like new, the linen smelled very tasty. All these conditions were quite enough for us. Price - quality correspond to each other.
The territory itself guest house very beautiful, very clean and tidy (you yourself saw how every morning both the owners and their employees cleaned).
We swam in the pool, it seemed clean to us (but we only swam in the morning). None of us got sick in two weeks.
We ate ourselves; there is a nice small kitchen on site where you can cook for yourself. But people who have been coming here for years have been asked about local food in the canteen. None of them complained, they said that the portions were large and the food was quite varied. Several times we even noticed very tasty smells from the dining room, sometimes our mouths watered. But when it comes to nutrition, we love independence; we don’t like to eat according to the clock.
All the time while we were relaxing, we were amazed at how the hosts’ life was organized. We really liked that everything was at hand, we didn’t have to go far. There was a store with all the necessary products, the prices were normal, there was a small cafe with drinks, a vegetable shop, and a travel agency. And the main thing is that he works until late. We really liked the shop that sold baked goods (mmm, how tasty and hot they were always). You could order shish kebab from the owners. Their kebab is simply SUPERB. (huge pieces of meat, tasty, juicy, I have never eaten such kebab in any restaurant).
It was great to get to the main beach - the owners took us 2 times a day in a free taxi and took us back. The local beach is small, we only went there in the morning, and in the evening we always went to the main one (it’s more fun there).
I would like to say a special thank you to the owner of the guest house, Emma, for her kindness and understanding. On the day of departure, it was raining heavily from 5 am. Check out time at guest house It was set at 8 am, and we only had a train in the evening. We didn't know what to do; it was scary to leave our room and go outside. And here Emma told us that we could stay in the room as long as we needed, take our time, eat in peace, and leave by taxi. The owner Ashot, a cool guy, helped us with a taxi.
I didn’t want to leave at all. Most likely we will come here again, because we haven’t seen much in Sochi yet. And we will stay right here - in a quiet, calm and clean place.
