We rested as a couple in mid-September 2019. We liked the hotel, the room was on the third floor with a large balcony, the view was of the sea and the mountains, below of the amphitheater and slides, it was convenient to dry things and towels on the balcony. The food was varied, there were grilled red fish, white fish in several varieties, and some small salted fish for beer, the meat was very tasty cooked, soft. Towels were changed frequently, we just didn't pay much attention to it. The area is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, flowers, very beautiful. There is a restaurant on the beach, sometimes we had lunch there, clean water You can take bottles and ayran for free, we didn’t stand behind the petals, there’s enough food as is. We didn’t notice any discrimination, the waiters served quickly, they came up and asked what we were going to drink, and they brought it quickly. There wasn't much alcohol, we drank a glass and didn't drink any more. The water in the sea is gorgeous and warm. We read about the entrance with stones earlier in the reviews, we were prepared, we tried to be careful, it really hurts to hit the stones, you can enter from the pier. The entrance to the sea is harsh, but it didn’t upset us; we entered next to the pier, it was easier there. There weren't that many people, there was plenty of space. There is almost no animation, only fire shows and dancing in the evenings. We went on excursions, markets, swam, sunbathed, ate delicious food, so we don’t really need animation. In general, those who do not want to be disappointed need to read about the hotel concept, reviews, then the vacation will be the way you want. We liked everything.

Great hotel. Cool beach, especially the pier. The bar in the lobby is open 24 hours, but sometimes it’s worth reminding the staff about this, they don’t really like the noise in the lobby. Flew in May '19. For a week for 35k. I would fly there again.

We rested at the hotel from 08/03/19 to 08/14/19. The location of the hotel is normal, the sea is across the road, along an underground passage. There is nothing near the hotel, silence and wilderness, only 20 min. from the hotel (if you go towards Alanya) there is a souvenir shop. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel (Germans in the majority), I didn’t notice any discrimination in service from Russians, all the waiters and bartenders were friendly. The food is very good, varied, I liked the soups (we ate them every day and there were always different ones), meat, fish, vegetables, a lot of everything. There were never any queues in the restaurant. The hotel area is very green and well-groomed, there is a small zoo (camels, lambs, ducks, turkeys, chickens). In the hotel pools they took a water sample every morning, which was very pleasing, they monitor the quality. When purchasing the tour, we immediately chose a room with a sea view, so we were very lucky with the view from the window (over the pool and sea).

We immediately decided to relax in quiet place and looked through a huge number of reviews and recommendations. The budget was not big for two and therefore new hotels were not considered. For us, the main thing was the location near the sea and a large number of greenery We received all this in full. -several large swimming pools -a huge green area with pleasant gazebos -its own zoo -mini water park -children's carousels -wonderful access to the sea (you will remember it for the rest of your life) Very beautiful -Clean well-groomed beach -VERY tasty food! Seafood, vegetables, food is varied and tasty, which is rare for Turkey. Even the sweets are very cool - the alcohol is high quality (at the bar near the pools, tell Ali to make you an Ali Ali cocktail, it’s absolutely the bomb) The hotel is old and you can immediately see this from the furniture and the absence of even disposable gels and shampoos, but there will be dispensers with high-quality gels. At first we were accommodated directly overlooking the technical zone, but two days later we asked and were accommodated on the 4th floor with a view of the city without additional payment. It would be better if we stayed there. Because the view of the city entails constant buses of visitors. Drivers never turn off their engines. Delicious food throughout the hotel, including late-night snacks, soups and sweets. There is a bowling alley and a nightclub. The downside is the location away from life. There is nothing nearby at all. You need to either take a minibus or a taxi, which is always near the hotel. I still don’t recommend flying as an Intourist. The guys there are good and very responsible, but flights there and back took us a whole day - that's a whole day of rest and 10,000 rubles, which we paid. Travelata has a convenient website and the ability to pay by card, but the price is slightly cheaper than in Anex tour directly. The convenient thing is that you can calmly choose what you want yourself, and not what they are trying to force on you. I recommend flying with Anex, because those who were at the hotel with us arrived earlier and departed later. Thanks for the trip Travelate, it was great!!

We rested at the hotel from 07/31-12/08 with my husband and 9-month-old daughter. All liked it. Especially the size of the beach and the availability of free sun loungers. The food is good, I wouldn't recommend the spa. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and plan to return to this Hotel.

The hotel deserves 5 stars. There are no complaints about the food, everything is very tasty and varied. No digestive problems. The sea is very close. The beach is great. There are a lot of sun loungers. There is a bar and a fish restaurant nearby. The sea is clean, but it’s a little inconvenient to enter. The hotel room was clean, given a view of the mountains and the sea. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly. The animation may be a little short of 5 stars. But overall we liked it. Although there is nothing to compare with. We went for the first time and were not disappointed. Only some excursions from tour operators are expensive. It's probably better to look in the city.

I've been on vacation in Turkey 5 times. I always experience gastronomic joy and visual relaxation. I chose the hotel according to the possibilities. The priority was: close to the airport, first line, heated pool, good spa, territory. The hotel was perfect. Food. Breakfast: I understood previous reviews about the small choice. I'm used to eating heavily in the morning. Not sweets and buns. I ate the same thing - scrambled eggs/boiled eggs, separately picked vegetables and fruits. But I didn’t feel any discomfort from this either. But there were 4 tables of baked goods (I was very happy about the natural honey, but it happened a couple of times). Dinner. This was an expanse, two types of fish, there was always meat, there was always something on the grill, very tasty! Vegetables were also grilled. Two types of soup. Fruits (apples, pears, bananas, oranges, sometimes strawberries), a lot of vegetables (always thoroughly washed), and about the cakes this should be a separate review, I’m a fan of Turkish sweets, I love them! It was always plentiful and delicious! There was a separate refrigerator with 3 types of ice cream. Tasty. Dinner. Looks like lunch. I was always full and satisfied because I didn’t have to cook! No need to wash dishes! The selection is large and the food is delicious. There were no problems with digestion. I won’t write anything about alcohol, I don’t drink. The chamomile tea was delicious, I don’t like their coffee, and I don’t drink from the machine. Basically I made a mix of mint, lime, orange in water, you can also cut a pear/apple. Territory. Large, well-groomed, flowers everywhere! I came across the flowers, it was very beautiful and the smell was gorgeous! There is a corner with livestock: sheep, ducks, geese, chickens, turkeys and camels. Beach. They are trying to remove the stones. I saw how they were collected. But these are not beaches with white sand and you need to be prepared for this. The beach has its own bar and kitchen. They also grill fish/chicken/meat there. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. There was always a place in the dining room, sun loungers by the pool and by the sea. Someone wrote about the fact that there is nowhere to go nearby. Yes it is. All their shops are in the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to get to Side/Manavgat by bus, faster by car. The bus will stop next to you. The city of Manavgat has its own tariffs, and they drove me around Side by car. Russian administrators work at the hotel reception; they tell you everything if you have any questions. Internet only at the reception. There will already be a charge for the room. I would like to note the owner’s exquisite taste in music. There was always great music! My ears were rested, those who listen to jazz, relaxation, classical music will be pleased. There were no animators yet. It was quiet and calm. The spa at the hotel is good. I took the course and they always passed me well. Sauna, hammam, steam room are free. The problem was with the spa showers, they just didn't work. The hotel is not bad, but if you want to eat seafood all day, luxury and wealth, look for another option. The room is large, the mattress is good, there were no problems with water. Cleaning every day. I knew what I wanted and where I was going. This hotel had it all. Have a nice holiday everyone!

3.5 stars instead of 5 stars. :(On the downside: we set off, there is absolutely nowhere to go, they skimp on fruit (at the same time, watermelons and strawberries are only sold for money). There is a wasteland around. :(The rooms by the sea are very noisy (you can hear the animation). Geese from the petting zoo walk freely around the territory hotel and leave excrement on the lawns. In general, it is not suitable for children with a small child under 1.5-2 years old, especially during the period of “putting everything in my mouth” and for children who have a clear daily routine.

The hotel is located across the road from the beach, you need to go through a tunnel under the road. The city is 10 km away, we walked through the market. The food is good and filling, but after the holidays they cut back a little. The rooms are good, cleaned daily. The beach is pebble, the water is good, we watched the fish from the pier, and even fed them. There is also a restaurant, sun loungers, and free showers. Slides on site. The room is good, but for some reason when you open the balcony, the air conditioning turns off. The cleaning was excellent, every day. There was almost no Wi-Fi. The hotel is a solid four.

    I went to Turkey for the first time, with my child. There were no problems with takeoff. We were the first to be taken to the hotel; the guide Olga, who accompanied us, escorted us to the reception and, citing the fact that “she still had a full bus,” she left. They let me fill out a form, and then I understand that the reception staff, to my surprise, does not speak Russian at all. Although Anex, who sold the ticket, assured on his website that the staff spoke Russian. At first I was confused, then I switched to English (I speak poorly, but I can explain myself). I explain: “We are guests of your hotel, and it’s not my problem that you don’t speak Russian, please invite someone who speaks Russian.” He replies: “Are you guests? So, you are in Turkey, you speak Turkish! And the Russian-speaking person left an hour ago” (meaning the guide who brought us). And then they refused to understand English. That is, he didn’t answer my simple question of where we should go for lunch! "Don't understand!" The guy who brought us the suitcase was more cordial. He explained some things as best he could, although more with gestures. If you say: you needed money, it doesn’t matter, I later talked to people - even the money in the passport would not have played a role. That's not the point at all. The hotel guide Sultan arrived only in the evening. But it’s no use! Of course, we decided something with his help - we moved to another room (due to the noise in the corridor and the pumping station on the window), but during our stay we saw him 3 times. That is, when you need it, it is not there. I got the impression that he would just sell excursions and that’s it, and let the tourists deal with the problems that arise themselves.

    The room is good, the cleaning is so-so. Even leaving a tip did not affect the cleaning. There was an outrageous incident. I got up in the middle of the night, turned on the light - there was a huge cockroach the size of a date in the corridor! These are found in our south. Naturally I killed it. I left it where it was, I think I’ll take it to the reception in the morning. Then the Germans came into the next room and turned on the TV. I don’t sleep, I get up again, and the horror that I experienced is impossible to convey: a black swarm of ants that came to a feast around the cockroach I killed! I am terrified. Where? We didn't bring food into our room. In the morning I come to the reception and explain in English that there are cockroaches and ants in the room - naturally he pretends that he doesn’t understand me. Calls the girl guide from Tez tour to help. I tell her, she asks with big eyes: “Who did you buy the tour from?” Fine! Who cares! This is a hotel! The room was cleaned and that was all. No apologies for any inconvenience caused. Then, after 3 days, they put a piece of paper in the room with information that the hotel would be disinfected.
    Animation.
    If you are traveling with children, be prepared to entertain them yourself. The animators speak only German. During the day they are not visible. There is a room for kids, but no matter how many times we went in, it was closed. The town, which is very beautiful in their photos, is just empty rooms inside. When we first arrived, for some reason the exercise equipment was lying on the playground! On the territory of the town there is a playground with swings. During the day, the animators invite kids to play darts near the pools, but they told mine you’re still young (7 years old) and sent them back. In the evening, in the amphitheater, children's songs and dances in German with the same leader.
    Restaurants.
    The food is delicious, a lot of it. Breakfast is monotonous. But there are also milk porridges and fresh juice. Costs 1 euro. It’s just juice that’s free—chemical stuff, we didn’t drink it. I thought that hotel Türkiye lives more on the dollar, but no - the euro. They will recalculate, of course, but the euro-dollar exchange rate is a big difference. So I advise you to take both euros and dollars equally. At 4 o'clock tea on the street terrace of the restaurant, ice cream, pastries. They bake flatbreads. In general, the food is okay. A la carte was visited by 2 out of 3. I didn’t like the Chinese at all - not what was stated on the menu and not tasty. We regretted going because... in the evening there was a Turkish evening in the main restaurant. The Turkish restaurant "Tulip" is beautiful and I liked the food. I recommend it.
    I was horrified in public restaurants by the furniture and tablecloths on the tables. And I’m not alone. Preparing for the season apparently doesn’t concern them at all. Worn, dirty, greasy chairs and armchairs! The tablecloths are like in our canteens. It's definitely not 5 stars. Why should I ruin my clothes and appetite by paying a lot of money? For this considerable money, guests have the right to count on CLEANITY!
    Sea.
    The sea is clean, but it was cool for us. The beach is not very clean. The beach boy begins to work not at 7 a.m. before the arrival of vacationers, but already late in the morning, when there are people full beach. Sand (grated shell rock) with cobblestones and pebbles - tin. The entrance to the sea is the same. No way without shoes. Sometimes there is trash floating around. Blue flag for this?
    Swimming pools.
    They are large, there is a lot of space, but you can’t find sun loungers near the pools even in the morning. Even though they ask guests “not to reserve sunbeds or seats in the restaurant,” they still do it. In the morning the pool is still empty, but there are already towels on the sunbeds. Children's pool for babies - 36 cm. For older children like mine there is nothing to do there - knee-deep. We went to the pool by the spa. It’s true that the jacuzzi doesn’t work there, but it’s quieter there.
    SPA-center.
    That's where the friendly staff are! Paid services- spa The rest is the use of a sauna, bathhouse, etc. – free.
    Guests.
    Mostly, of course, Germans. Many Russian Germans - probably those who left for permanent residence - speak German and Russian, so be careful with your words, keep in mind that they may understand you! Europe - Poland, Czech Republic, French and Spanish speech can be heard. Everyone behaves differently.
    Bottom line.
    The hotel itself is not bad, but as many people I met agreed with me, it is not 5 stars at all. Tour operators selling this hotel here MUST be honest with tourists: many things do not correspond to what is stated! I didn’t like that they smoked everywhere they could and couldn’t. There are no signs except in the room! It's not prohibited, so it's possible! Could it be possible to designate smoking areas and protect non-smokers, and most importantly children, from tobacco smoke? Why should I breathe this? Throughout Turkey this year the concept of summer 2012 is in force - no smoking! There seems to be another dimension here. The hotel management should also take care of Russian-speaking staff, at least at the reception. After all, we, just like the Germans and everyone else, pay money for a vacation in your hotel and the attitude towards guests should be the same, no matter what the cost of my room.
