The location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is nearby, the deluxe building is located near the pool with a slide, there is no loud or intrusive music, it is calm. There is delicious ice cream on the beach. Delicious flatbreads and ayran are baked on site. We checked into the hotel at 2 a.m. and checked out at 10:30 p.m., the days were paid for, there were no lunchboxes (although the reception said that the restaurant was open all night and the guide also confirmed this). Fruits included tangerines, grapes, watermelon and plums. Food: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, but all the food is mediocrely prepared. For example: soups from six days of rest were over-salted for three days so that it was impossible to eat. Some kind of incomprehensible “Russian soup” made from chicken, peas, corn and something else floats around, it doesn’t look appetizing, I don’t even want to try it. Rice is cooked together with vermicelli. Baked goods: croissants and buns are frozen and not fresh. The pancakes are not tasty, even the jam didn’t help. They don't know how to cook at the hotel, or the food is of such quality.

The hotel (buildings) itself is so-so. Walking through the tunnel to the sea is not annoying. The beach is normal, the entrance is small. Alcoholic drinks are served only in two bars, by the pool and in the first building from the road. There is only disgusting beer on the beach! The attitude of the staff towards vacationers like pigs is felt in everything! Free internet, only as an option, even sending messages is difficult!!! Never set foot in this hotel again!!!

In general, I liked the hotel, I’ll start from the very beginning, we arrived at night around twelve o’clock, we were checked in quickly, initially we bought economy, but they said that economy was all occupied and we were put in a deluxe room for one night, by the way we stayed in a deluxe room until the end of the vacation and paid extra for it's only 10 US dollars. The room was very good in building A on the 2nd floor 4202, the only thing was that the cleaning staff did not clean well and in 5 days they never changed the bed sheets and towels, well, perhaps the towels had to be thrown on the floor in order for them to be changed, we have them there were heated towel rails, good food, every day, something new, fruits: grapes, apples, watermelon, once there was melon. Meat every day for lunch and dinner, there was also fish, a lot of delicious Desserts. There is also animation, funny guys. The hotel staff are like bees all day long. The hotel area is not very large, but beautiful, 4 swimming pools, 2 adults and 2 children, one slide. In general, you won’t go hungry, they feed you all day, breakfast from 7 to 10, from 10 to 11 late breakfast, from 12:30-14:00 lunch, nearby there is a Benjamin cafe from 16:00-17:00 tea, dinner from 19:00-21:00, fast food on the beach from 11:30-16:00 , on the territory from 11:00-16:00 an old lady sits and prepares Turkish flatbread GÖZLEME, from 16:00 they distribute ice cream, everything is free. Alcohol in the hotel is bad, we tried the wine disgusting, the same beer. Freshly squeezed juice 1 dollar. Sea and the beach is clean, the sunset is good, the sea is warm. I can recommend it, I would come again.

We stayed at the hotel in August. Check-in at the hotel is standard (after 14.00), but things can be left at the reception. The hotel is suitable for families with children, even small ones. The beach is located across the road - an underground passage - equipped with sun loungers, there is a snack bar (11.00 to 16.00), you definitely won’t go hungry))) There is always food in the restaurant, we came at different times.... The food is varied, everyone will find something for themselves child. The fruits included plums, watermelon, melon, nectarine, peach, grapes and apples.... We vacationed at the end of July. We checked into a deluxe room so that we could later move to the old building, paid a little extra and stayed in the deluxe room. The room is awesome on the 6th floor, with a view of the sea on one side and the pool on the other. The food is very varied, you can eat in the main restaurant and street food on the beach (burgers, fries, salads), there was fruit every day (watermelons, pineapples, cherries, apples ), they gave crayfish and mussels once. The drinks we drank were soda, good coffee from the machine, Ginton, wine, and beer. We went to Alakart with a view of the sea, everything was great. Entering the sea is problematic, yes, the beach is sand, but at the entrance to the sea there are large pebbles and slabs. 3 minutes to the sea. We always found free sunbeds by the sea, although we arrived around 10 o'clock. Everyone occupied the pool in the morning. There was animation - darts, water polo, aqua aerobics, a foam party, in the evening they gathered in the amphitheater, then a disco, and on Sundays a performance by a cool group. The Dimkotheque took place near the beach, so there was no noise in the rooms and no one disturbed my sleep. We also went from the hotel to coub illusion for $10, I recommend it, it was very cool. You can smoke hookah on site for $10. There are many children in the hotel. For shopping we went to the neighboring village of Konakli for 2.5 liras (the fare seems to have become more expensive now), but it’s more profitable to take fares for liras rather than dollars. In Konakli there are two shopping centers, in one of them there is a supermarket with souvenirs, prices are high, it is better to buy everything at the market, it is across the road from the shopping center. You can also drive yourself to Alanya to Cleopatra Beach and ride the funiculars, the view is stunning - 28 liras round trip per person. We went to a local restaurant, large portions, everything was very tasty, took a non-alcoholic cocktail for 150 rubles for ours and pasta for 250 rubles. There is no pantone or any equipped descent into the sea. Because... the entrance to the sea consists of pebbles (take coral slippers with you) and then at the bottom there are huge boulders that have acquired different depressions over time and if your foot gets in there, it’s very easy to break it. This is very unpleasant. There is a panton nearby, but it belongs to another hotel, often there is a duty officer there and does not let people from other hotels in, even with children, because... going into the sea from our hotel is terrible for children and especially for people who don’t know how to swim but want to take a dip; for them, going into the sea turns into an obstacle course. I really like everything: 1. accommodation - initially we ended up in an old building (terrible), for a small surcharge we moved to new number, which in a completely new building is perfect! 2. Food 100500 points, as everything is very tasty and varied. 3. The beach is sand and stone, entry is not convenient, but this does not bother us at all. 4. The only thing I really didn’t like was the foreigners smoking in the catering restaurant, the only privileged table smoking on the surrounding children with the approval (for a tip) of the senior security guard.

Good day to all, dear vacationers!

So, let's begin the story!

Our tour operator - Coral Travel, there wasn’t much choice here, because we live in Irkutsk!

Flight.

We took off in the direction Irkutsk-Antalya at 05.40, flew by Pegas Fly - horror!!! My height is 1.82 - my knees were resting even with the chair in front fully raised. Is the Pegasus company really ready to mock its customers like this in pursuit of profit?! But the flight is a whole 8 hours!!! It’s not like you can fly from Moscow in 2-3 hours! In general, Pegasus is counted three times!!!
Upon arrival at Antalya airport, we spent about an hour going through customs; there were just tons of people! As the guides said, about 30 planes fly in from Moscow alone every day!

The road from the airport to the hotel.

Now I’ll write about the way to the hotel! Someone writes about 2.5-3 hours! This is not true! It took about 1-30, 1-40 to get there and back by bus. Overall, I wouldn't say it's tedious! Although the guide from Coral Travel, to be honest, got tired of repeating like a parrot every 5 minutes how important it is to come to a meeting with the guide tomorrow, in the back row even someone could not restrain himself and shouted - how tired of you already, we all already understood, how important this is!)))

Check-in.

We arrived at the hotel around 12:00, where we were met at the reception by a young girl who immediately put bracelets on our hands and sent us off to lunch. After lunch, we were checked in literally in 20 minutes, that is, at about 12-40 we were already in our room. Everything is great here, well done!

After reading reviews about the rooms, I chose the deluxe room. Our room was located in building “C” on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked neighboring hotel. The room had 1 double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe, safe, TV, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Overall it is quite good, everything is quite new, although shampoo and shower gel are poured into wall dispensers that do not work, I had to open the lid from the top. I also had to throw a towel on the bathroom floor because the shower has a gap between the glass door and the floor, so water spilled all over the floor!
The air conditioner in the room is quite quiet and powerful, but at the same time it blows directly on one of the people sleeping on the bed, or two at once, taking into account that there are 3 people living in the room. It’s difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature; at night I set it to 28 degrees, during the day 24! What’s interesting is that at 27 degrees it blows cold, at 28 it’s already stuffy! In general, there are some problems in thermoregulation... The safe is paid - $2 per day.

Room cleaning.

The cleaning is simply disgusting!!! There's not even anything to say here. The towels are not changed, the floors generally feel like they haven’t been washed. During the 13 days of rest, only the sheets on the bed were changed, and even then only after our request, and you should have seen the cleaning lady’s grimace when she was told about this. One time she didn’t even give us shampoo and gel, we had to run around the floor looking for it! Tea bags and coffee were not replenished in our room at all. Interestingly, even when they left a tip, the quality of cleaning did not improve! The most you can expect for a tip is a couple of blanket swans!

Hotel area.

The hotel area is large enough for Turkish hotels, there are three swimming pools, one of which is for children. Pool bar, Benjamin bar, beach bar. A very beautiful alley of palm trees. Several shops at the hotel where you can find everything you need.
My wife and I always liked to sit outside under the treetops near the Benjamin Bar - there the sun doesn’t shine during the day, the staff is nicer, and the wi-fi is a little better.
The hotel also has a mini zoo, tennis tables, and an amphitheater where animation took place in the evenings. Overall, the area is great, although from the road the hotel looks so inconspicuous and small!

The road to the beach passes through a tunnel, which is coolly illuminated at night; the walls of the tunnel are beautifully painted with a marine theme. The beach is sand and pebbles. There are a lot of sunbeds, but already in the early morning, especially smart citizens, 80-90% of the sunbeds under the awnings are occupied by towels! The picture, of course, is super - there is no one in the sea, no one on the beach, but the sunbeds are already occupied! In general, we didn’t sit under the awnings at all and mostly sunbathed in the sun!
Now let's talk about the most unpleasant thing - going into the sea! He's really terrible! You must enter very carefully, because if you are nervous you can easily twist your leg or injure yourself! By the way, I cut my leg twice and you won’t believe it, but once on an iron pipe that goes right along the bottom!!! The water is also more or less transparent only when the sea is completely calm, otherwise it is mostly cloudy! There is no point in diving and exploring the underwater world, since the bottom is absolutely “dead”!

Infrastructure.

I specially put this paragraph in a separate paragraph because few people write about it! So, dear friends! If you want to stroll through markets in the evening, visit hookah bars, etc., then this hotel is not for you!!! Just imagine, it takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the Migros store in one direction only!!! It takes even longer to get to the nearest market (including the Megamall shopping center), it’s easier to immediately take bus No. 50 and go 3 stops! In short, the hotel is essentially located in the wilds!!! If next time I go to Turkey, it will most likely be to Side or Kemer!

Nutrition.

Almost everyone writes about the food that it is very good and gives high marks on this item! I don't entirely agree with this. It is varied, however, not all of it is tasty! For me, Turks only know how to cook 3 things well: porridge, meat and sweets!!! The salads are terrible, it’s unclear what they season them with, but I couldn’t eat them at all. Seafood essentially ends with bony fried fish of unknown origin. There are very few fruits!!! And this is during high season!!! Basically, we were constantly given only watermelons and apples. They gave melon twice and maybe 3-4 grapes!!! I have no questions about sweets, there’s plenty of everything and it’s delicious! The meat was cooked well, sometimes they served lamb, sometimes they grilled chicken wings, and the cutlets were very tasty!
Few people write about drinking in bars, maybe they are shy!) My verdict is this - you can only drink beer! Everything else is just disgusting quality, especially the wine!!! Although there is no particular point in buying it in stores, since for the money that they offer it (for example, pomegranate wine costs from 32 to 50 liras, which is approximately 550-1000 rubles) in Russia you can buy Georgian wine like Kindzmarauli, which The quality is simply cosmos compared to Turkish!
You'll probably say now that I'm just spoiled! And I’ll tell you that this is my first trip to Turkey and my second abroad (before that it was Thailand) and I’ve never been picky about food!!!

Animation.

To be honest, the animation was a little indifferent to me, since my child was still very small and stayed with his grandparents in Irkutsk. Well, as for me, the kids all seemed to be very happy, they were well fascinated by various competitions, dancing, watching cartoons, etc. Adult animation also seemed okay, there were fire shows, Turkish night, and the election of Mrs. and Mr. Sun Haven, but I’m more a fan of field trips than parties at the hotel! In general, I can’t say anything bad about the animation.

SPA-center.

Very often in reviews people mention with kind words the spa center at the hotel. I will share my sad experience. My wife and I took 3 massages each + hammam. Before the massage they offered to take a 15-minute test. The massage therapist actually gave a good massage! That's where the good stuff ends! Our first massage took not 60 minutes, but only 50!!! After that, on the second day, we informed the main woman “in white” about this) At this point, the already average quality massage turned into a terrible one, the first thing the masseurs did was poke us in the face with a table clock, saying look and count! The massage itself turned into some kind of real mockery with pressure on all the pain points. My massage therapist’s name was Bucky, I don’t remember what my wife’s name was! In general, I am extremely dissatisfied with the SPA center!!! In the same Thai they give a much better massage and in time no one will ever push you like that!!!

Excursions.

Excursions were taken from a local Turk, Jamal, through a group in VK, the prices are 2 times lower than those of hotel guides, and in fact, all people are taken by the same cars!) We were on sightseeing tour in Alanya - interesting. We went on a jeep safari, it was fun, but it’s better not to take children, it’s a little scary on the mountain cliffs, and the constant dousing with water starts to tire after a while!!! My wife flew paragliding over Alanya and said she really enjoyed it. We also went rafting - such a pleasure, considering that all the time you are in icy water (8-10 degrees) and you are also constantly being given water by passing boats nearby, or even by the instructor himself, who apparently has already frozen everything, including his brains. !)))
Go to historical places from Alanya it’s a hassle because it’s very far away, at least 5 hours by bus one way!!!

Sun Heaven Club Membership.

I would like to highlight this point separately. Before departure, I registered as a member of the hotel club to get some “privileges”. I gave the voucher immediately upon check-in. As a result, I received a plate of fruit and a beach bag only after 2 calls to the reception 3 days after the start of the holiday! I wanted to take a special picture of how this bag was brought to my room - apparently they threw it with all their might, because it was lying on the floor almost under the bed. The fruit plate seemed normal, there were even two bananas and peaches!)
An interesting incident happened to us when my wife and I entered the elevator in the evening, and there were guys riding there delivering bags and plates of fruit. So, these guys, while they were carrying plates of fruit, pulled out peaches from there and chewed them sarcastically!)))
Dinner at the restaurant was changed for us to simply decorate the tables with some nettle petals and some flowers!)))
In general, being a member of the Sun Heaven club is not so great!)))

Well, that's all my review. The verdict is this: the hotel is not bad and is more suitable for families with small children. I won’t go to this hotel again, even with a child, because of the terrible entry into the sea and the poorly developed infrastructure outside the hotel! Thanks to everyone who read to the end!)
