Good morning everyone. I was vacationing in this hotel with my boyfriend. The vacation was unforgettable. The hotel is a solid four. We were accommodated upon arrival. The room is not new, but nothing has fallen off anywhere. Everywhere is always clean. They cleaned well and in a timely manner. The food is very rich, there is enough variety. There was always fish, meat, chicken, and various side dishes. Everything is very tasty and there is always something to choose from. We didn't go hungry. There are enough fruits - ripe and sweet. Beach - 3 minutes walk, sandy, good entry into the water. There were always enough sun loungers. The service is unobtrusive and courteous. He was always ready to help in any situation. The hotel has very good swimming pools. There is an indoor one, heated and of course for children. Here in general perfect place for holidays with children. Eat animation program. The animators won't let you get bored. We had a great time. And they swam, and ate, and had fun. Thank you all for a wonderful, relaxing holiday!

Good day to all. We rested at the Plaza Hotel with our one and a half year old child. We are satisfied with the hotel, we have only warm and pleasant memories. We were given a room without any money, comfortable, renovated, with new furniture and sparklingly clean linen. They immediately brought a crib already filled. It was very comfortable living there. Very well-groomed area, beautiful landscape design, beautiful flowering trees. My favorite frangipani grew near our room; every morning my grandson collected flowers that had fallen from the tree and brought them to his mother as a gift. Gentle entrance to the pool, immaculate pure water, good slides. The grandson squealed with joy! Delicious cocktails and very tasty buns. The food is great. The child ate everything - stewed potatoes, raw and stewed vegetables, chicken, beef, fruits. All food is very fresh and high quality. There were no problems. The beach is spacious and clean. There is very clear water to the right and further along the beach, there is a shallow there - our boy splashed on the sand there and tried to catch fish, and we swam in the depths. We managed to see a lot of different underwater creatures. Friendly, friendly staff. Them thanks a lot for a vacation. The room was cleaned daily, there were no complaints about the room or cleaning. (When we arrived, we changed the room, because we came across a room that was completely smoky by the previous residents, they changed reluctantly, they were stalling for time, but without additional payments).
The hotel is certainly not new, but there are no special comments because of this.
The beach is good, we went into the water barefoot, without special shoes. Sometimes in the morning there were jellyfish, not very alive, however, but they were still alarming, the hotel staff caught them and removed them, so there was nothing terrible about it. We went for a walk around neighboring hotels and concluded that the beach at this hotel is the most well-groomed.
The food was varied, there was always a choice of meat, side dishes, and salads. There didn't seem to be enough fruit. Local alcohol in pure form I haven’t used it at all (in my opinion, the brew is still the same), but in the form of cocktails it’s still possible.
I don’t want to write about the service staff. The only thing is that at the reception there was a Russian girl, Lyubov, very pleasant, she asked us how things were going, if we had any questions, and if we had any, she answered and explained everything.
I counted 4 pools, but I could be wrong. Three pools of different depths are located between the main building and the beach, the fourth is the deepest separately. The hotel does not have its own water park or slides, but you can go to the neighboring one. From a distance the pool flows into the sea very beautifully)
The animation did its best, but there were catastrophically few people and it was difficult to organize anything. But they tried very hard, well done! The guys are full of enthusiasm))) the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the “do not disturb” flag, which saved you from annoying distributors of various services (I really don’t like this).
P.S. There is no point in staying in a hotel for 10 days

We got a standard room, but we agreed at the reception for a larger room (paying extra, of course). Inside there was a large double bed, two small ones for children, TV, air conditioning, a chair, a small table, a mirror, a wardrobe, a safe, and a minibar. The plumbing and toilet facilities worked properly. They cleaned every day, changed the bed every other day. They spun beautiful figures made from towels. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive.
The hotel area is small, but very well maintained. The hotel is essentially located on the second line, although it was sold to us as the first line, but the sea is only a 5-minute walk through a narrow and quiet one-way road through a beautiful garden through the main Grand Plaza 5*. Residents on the second line can use the beach, infrastructure and bars on the first line (but not the restaurant).

There is nothing interesting to the right of the hotel, but to the left there are various cafes, souvenir shops and shops. It is very pleasant to stroll along it in the evening, unless, of course, you are scared of annoying Egyptian sellers.
Nutrition. The food was wonderful for a 4, 2-3 times there was seafood, not all 5s have this, and of course there were all sorts of cakes, there was fruit, but not much, during the day there was even ice cream in the bar, there were no queues, everything was delicious except drinks , but this is the case almost everywhere, yupi. I can’t say about alcohol, I didn’t drink, but my husband said it was weak and they only poured it from 11.00 to 00.00.
The beach is clean. The sea is clean, but there are no living creatures, we went on snorkeling excursions, for fun, you could rent a boat or catamaran for free for 30 minutes. per day and go for a ride, there were always enough sun loungers on the beach.
Excursions were purchased from a local guide. Nice guy, competent guide. We have something to compare with, believe me. We ordered an ATV ride through the desert, a horseback ride, and an excursion to Luxor from him.

The beach itself is good, clean, there were no problems with sunbeds, a good entrance to the water, sandy, we did without protective shoes. You can see fish, go to the right side to the end, there are more fish there. The wind protection came in handy; after getting out of the water it was much more comfortable. You don’t have to return to the hotel for lunch, but dine at a restaurant on the beach, sometimes that’s what we did. Regarding the food in general, you can give it a 5, considering the price of the tour. There were no frills, but everything was quite tasty and varied, at least chicken, meat and fish daily. We stayed in this hotel for 18 days in July 2018. The hotel made a pleasant impression. I can’t praise the soups: for our taste, the cook rarely succeeded in the first course))) We were a little upset that in 18 days we never saw watermelon and peaches. Then they explained to us that it was not the season. There were melon, oranges (very juicy), bananas, apples, pears, dates. The only thing that caused inconvenience was that for some reason the bar is located opposite the reception, and not in the restaurant. Alcohol, as everywhere else in the "fours", was locally produced; our guys took whiskey and vodka. No one felt bad, no one had a headache. I tried alcoholic cocktails - my health was also fine. This year we vacationed with a group of different ages: from 9 to 70 years old, but despite this, everyone found something to do and we all really enjoyed our vacation. Along with this excursion, the guide gave us a free tour of Hurghada; we really didn’t want to go, but then we didn’t regret it one bit. The guide spoke very interestingly about Egyptian traditions and the city itself. They didn’t bring us to the shops intrusively, we took us to one, after 10-15 minutes we realized that we didn’t want to buy anything, we very calmly took us to a cafe for a tea and coffee tasting.
