The concept of “service” is absent from the principle, just like the concept of “customer focus”. What they think, how they think, is what they say. Zero politeness. There is no safe in the room. If you plan to take advantage of the opportunity to leave anything valuable for a short period of time (for example, while you are at the beach) in the safe at the reception - forget it. This option is disabled. The safety of the guests' personal belongings is not ensured in any way. Passage yard - come in if you want. The condition of the rooms - by the way, we had a junior suite (that's a very loud word) - is disgusting. It’s scary to sleep on the beds, they’re about to fall apart. Dirty (although the garbage is thrown out every day, but at the same time the cleaning lady quietly knocks on the door at 8 or 9 in the morning and, if no one opens after a couple of seconds, she breaks in), they clean only upon request, the towels are not changed, the plumbing is not cleaned. There is no cup for toothbrushes or soap dish in the bathroom. There is nowhere to dry towels. One plus is a large balcony with a good view. The building was built in 1912. Here and there they are trying to repair something. The furniture in the playroom is of better quality from the trash heap. Creepy. Cafe is a separate issue. Luckily, we only took breakfast. The selection of dishes is meager. The tables are dirty, the chairs are shabby, the dishes are dirty. The food is edible, no poisoning, thank God. We did not go to the beach owned by the hotel. For some reason, the water there was dirty and smelly, as if sewage had been dumped there. We walked away, where pure water. As a conclusion: the price absolutely does not correspond to the quality. If the hotel staff does not change their attitude towards guests, in a couple of years no one will come to them at all. I very much doubt that anyone will want to return to Ligo Morskaya for a second time.

Yulia – Rostov-on-Don

One of the most beautiful, noisy and expensive resorts on the peninsula. The most popular place in Yalta there is an embankment where there are interesting monuments.
