How to join the program? Nothing could be simpler. You either register on the program website, or order a special program card from a bank participating in the program. In any case, you will be assigned a unique number, which will be both your login and account number. From this moment you are a full participant in the program. By the way, when you register, you are given a compliment from the program - a certain number of miles. Typically from 500 to 1500.

How to earn miles? This is also easy. Each time you purchase an air ticket, you enter your card number or present it when checking in for your flight. Miles will be credited to your account some time after the flight. If this does not happen, contact support and the problem will be solved.
If you forgot to indicate your account number before the flight, no problem, send the data to the same support service, and after a while the miles will be credited to you.
There is another way to receive bonus miles. Pay for your purchases with a bank card that is a member of the affiliate program, and your account will be replenished automatically.

Each participant in the Nordavia Award Program receives miles for flights on regular flights of Nordavia Airlines, depending on the direction of the flight and the fare paid. When you accumulate a certain number of miles, you are given the opportunity to receive an award ticket.

In order to become a Program Member, you need to participate in the Nordavia Reward Program on the website. To register in the Program, you must provide your passport information. After registration, the Participant automatically opens a personal account and is assigned a card number in the Nordavia Rewards Program. You can print out a temporary card and use it until you receive your Classic plastic Membership card.

Rules for participation in the program

  1. Any individual over the age of 14 can become a participant in the Nordavia Award Program. Participation in the Program is free and individual for each passenger.
  2. To participate in the Program, you must go to the website and receive a Personal Account number.
  3. Each Participant may register for the Program only once.
  4. Each Participant is responsible for timely warning of changes in last name, passport data, address, telephone number and other contact information.
  5. The date of registration of the Participant in the Program is the date of assignment of a Personal Account number to the person interested in participating in the Program.
  6. By entering the Program, the Participant agrees to the transfer and processing of his personal data to Nordavia JSC, and also gives permission to Nordavia JSC and its authorized representatives to manually and/or automatically process: receive, collect, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify ( update, change), use and otherwise process (including in electronic form) the personal data specified in the application filled out for participation in the Nordavia Award Program, as well as for the transfer of this personal data to partners of Nordavia JSC for the purpose of implementation Programs. Consent is given for the period of participation in the Nordavia Award Program (and until the expiration of 5 (five) years after the end of the year in which participation in the Program was terminated) and can be withdrawn at any time by the Participant by sending a written notice.
  7. The participant is credited with miles for flights made on regular 5H flights from the date of registration in the Program.
  8. If the Participant violates the Program Rules, Nordavia JSC reserves the right to refuse him further participation in the Program.

Set of miles

  1. Each Participant opens an individual account.
  2. Upon registration in the Program, 500 welcome bonus miles are credited to the Member's account.
  3. The participant is credited with miles as a percentage of the actual distance in miles between the airports of departure and arrival, depending on the fare indicated on the ticket, in accordance with the approved mileage accrual table published on the website in the section.
  4. The Member's account cannot be transferred to others, bequeathed or sold.
  5. The Program includes only air tickets for regular flights of Nordavia JSC.
  6. Miles are credited to the Participant's personal account within 3 days after the flight, provided that the card number is included in the booking and the Participant's personal data on the ticket (full name of the Participant and card number) matches the corresponding data specified in the Participant's registration form.
  7. The Participant must independently check the status of his personal account, the accuracy and number of miles credited to it in the Program. If there is no information on one of the completed flights on the personal account, the Participant can request the restoration of unaccounted miles using a special form on the website. Please note that miles are credited to your personal account after checking the declared data. The processing time for applications can be up to 45 days.
  8. Requests for the restoration of unaccounted miles for flights on 5H flights are accepted for consideration within 6 months from the date of the flight giving the right to accrue miles.

Procedure for receiving awards

  1. The award is a premium air ticket on regular flight 5H.
  2. Miles cannot be transferred from the account of one Member to the account of another Member.
  3. Award availability may vary by award type, as well as date, season and destination. Nordavia does not guarantee the possibility of receiving any award at any time.
  4. The number of miles to be written off for an award is calculated based on the data for the destinations given in the award table in the section.
  5. All miles used to receive a specific award must be debited from one personal account of the Program Participant. Payment of one award using miles from multiple accounts is not permitted.
  6. The Participant can issue an award ticket for regular flights 5N independently on the website www.site. In this case, the corresponding number of miles is debited from the Participant's account and an additional fuel surcharge is charged.
    If desired, the Participant can issue an award either for himself or for any other person specified by him. Issued awards cannot be re-issued to another person or transferred and/or assigned to another person.
  7. Miles are not awarded for flights on award tickets.
  8. Registration is not allowed award air ticket with an open departure date.
  9. The Participant is solely responsible for payment of applicable airport taxes, fuel surcharges, other taxes and fees of other government agencies.
  10. An award ticket cannot be sold or exchanged for another award or miles.

Miscellaneous

  1. Nordavia JSC reserves the right to change all or part of the Program at any time, either with or without prior notice. These changes come into force after the relevant information is posted on the website in the “Bonus Program” section.
  2. JSC Nordavia may change route network and flight schedules at any time, as well as change and/or exclude any fares, awards or services from the Program. The Participant can familiarize himself with these changes on the website in the “Bonus Program” section.
  3. Program Participants are required to strictly comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, as well as comply with all deadlines described in the Program. The Participant must periodically review the Rules of this Program for changes made to them.

Legal responsibility of the parties

  1. All relationships between Nordavia JSC and Program Participants are governed by these Rules, the Rules for the carriage of passengers and baggage 5H, posted on the website, as well as the Agreement air transportation. To the extent not regulated by the specified regulatory documents and Transportation Rules 5H, the relationship between Nordavia JSC and the Program Participants is also regulated by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account conflict of laws rules. Economy class

Passengers who have purchased tickets in economy class (at a full or special fare) are offered the following during the flight:

Economy +

The Economy + fare can be used on most Nordavia flights operated on Boeing 737 aircraft.

Passengers purchasing tickets at the Economy Plus fare on the lines: Arkhangelsk/Murmansk/Syktyvkar – Anapa/Sochi and reverse directions Only seating in the first rows of the aircraft in luxury seats is provided. The free baggage allowance is 23 kg x 1KM. Economy class meals. Business lounge is not available.

Business Class

1. Passenger check-in is carried out at a separate check-in counter. If this service is not available at the airport of departure/arrival - at the general check-in counter without a queue.

2. While waiting for the flight to depart, at the check-in counter the passenger is issued an invitation to the business lounge (if this service is available at the airport of departure/arrival).

3. Possibility of carrying one additional piece of free baggage (up to 32 kg) and one piece hand luggage(up to 10 kg) to the established carriage allowance.

4. Business class passengers are delivered on board the aircraft by a separate bus after economy class passengers have boarded (if this service is available at the airport of departure/arrival). If the aircraft is parked at the jet bridge, boarding the aircraft can be carried out at any time convenient for the passenger from the moment the boarding begins.

5. Business class passengers are provided with special services on board the aircraft.

Issuing an air ticket is possible only if you have an original certificate from your place of work, certified by the seal and signature of the manager or a coupon for the purchase of a “Budget” air ticket or a medical insurance policy for compulsory insurance of citizens.

Tariff "For transfer"

The transfer fare is provided to passengers with a status of waiting for free capacity - the actual seat on the booked flight is not guaranteed.

Passengers with tickets issued at transfer fares are accepted for transportation after registration of all passengers (with confirmed status and with waitlist status) in the event of empty seats in the aircraft cabin in economy class.

Please note that passengers with tickets issued at transfer fares must arrive at the airport before check-in is completed and contact an airline representative or the check-in counter.

Ticket

Nordavia Regional Airlines provides an opportunity for passengers who regularly fly on the airline's flights to purchase "Ticket".

The “pass” is issued as a single air ticket and includes 3 or 5 flights. This service is available for sale from 09/21/2014, and for transportation starting from 01.10.2014 at the Airline sales offices and authorized agencies in the following directions:

The cost of the “Travel Ticket” includes payment of the tariff and fuel surcharge and depends on the number of sections of the transportation route and the direction chosen by the passenger. The more sections the Travel Ticket contains, the more profitable each flight is for the passenger.

The travel ticket is valid for flights in economy class, the first of which is a flight with a specific date, flight and confirmed booking status.

The remaining sections are open, or with departure dates within the validity period of the travel ticket (3 and 5 months, respectively).

Each flight according to the Travel Ticket can only be used in the direct sequence of the route.

Before booking/taking a flight on the second leg, the passenger must take a flight on the first, and before booking/taking a flight on the third leg, he must book/take a flight on the second and so on, depending on the number of legs in the “Travel Ticket”.

A travel ticket is a personal document and cannot be transferred to another person. To fully use the “Travel Ticket”, the passenger must keep the originally issued itinerary-receipt for the air ticket.

Additional information on the service:

· Changing the date, flight number and time of departure is permitted within the validity period of the “Travel Ticket”;

· Placing open date departure in the “Travel Ticket” is guaranteed if seats are available in economy class on the desired departure date;

· The return of the “Travel Ticket” is made at the place of purchase and within the expiration date. The amount of fares and fees for unused sections of the route is returned, with a fee for the return procedure withheld.

Services "Comfort" and "Comfort South"


Nordavia Airlines offers its passengers, at the check-in stage, the right to choose a superior seat (if available) in the first row of economy class, next to the business lounge. And in the case of a flight on southern routes, in the business class cabin. A fixed price is charged for this service and the passenger is issued a document confirming payment.

The Comfort service applies to flights from Arkhangelsk and Murmansk to Saint Petersburg and Moscow, as well as from Moscow to Arkhangelsk and Murmansk.
