The hotel is located 20 km from the city center. Before tourist places like Vinpearl or Zoo on free bus in an hour. The hotel room is good but a bit small with a sea view, there is a tennis court but you have to book it 1-2 days in advance (free). Friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking girl there. Her name is Han. You can contact her if you don't speak English. Our room included breakfast and dinner, food was plentiful but no drinks (pay separately for drinks, even water).

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days and today is the last day, so I want to write small review) . Everything is great, but sometimes they didn't change things in the room, like: towels. The sun is shining, clean beach, cheerful staff, especially thanks a lot Han, who speaks Russian at the hotel. She helped us a lot. We were staying in a villa; if we wanted to get to the beach, we needed to go on foot or by buggy (the waiting time for a buggy is 15 minutes and it's free).

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time the room was a bungalow with a view of the garden. The room itself is spacious, with a good bed and an excellent bathroom. It’s nice to sit on the large terrace in the evenings listening to the choir of frogs. They didn’t always clean on time, I had to ask a couple of times to clean the room after lunch. Very good breakfasts at the hotel from 6-30 in the morning. However, you won’t get an omelet or scrambled eggs at this time. The cooks start working only at 7 o’clock. Upon arrival at the hotel, they took a deposit from the card of 7 million VND. Upon departure They promised to return it, it seems they made the payment, but there is no money for more than 10 days and the hotel does not respond to email correspondence! This is a very unpleasant moment from this hotel, which we love!

The hotel is beautiful, the area is green, well-groomed, everything is clean, tidy, there are very few cars, mopeds, in general, there is little transport of any kind. The construction nearby has been completed, interior finishing work is underway, so this does not interfere with your vacation! The area is new, remote (read: quiet), we rested from 01/23/20 to 02/03/20 with a large group - 4 adults, 4 children (2,3,4 and 8 years old), All inclusive food concept. We settled in a Villa with 3 Bedrooms and Private Pool. Large villas are located behind the hotel from the sea, that is, you need to cross the road, the hotel, then the sea! And this is not a problem, it’s not far by foot, and for those who don’t want to walk, you just have to dial “0” and the buggy will come for you (free of charge) and take you wherever you need to go - a hotel, restaurant or beach.... A very convenient option, which our children appreciated. The staff is friendly...

It seemed to me that there weren’t enough sun loungers; people seemed crazy in the morning and ran to reserve sun loungers. For me this is just the height of inconvenience. It seems like five stars, but it’s a bit of a hassle with the sun loungers. And there are no disposable slippers yet, this is important for me...

They responded to all requests quite quickly. There are Russian-speaking staff, always in touch. Good breakfasts. Decent rooms. Linen and towels are changed every day.

The room had holes in the curtains and sofa from cigars, there were no bathrobes, an extra sheet for the child was brought on the third call at 10 pm, the TV did not work until the evening. There is a lot of chlorine in the pools, the beach is sparse in greenery, fishing boats are 10 meters away from the hotel beach, the sea is immediately deep. Long Beach is not the cleanest beach. The price doesn't match. 8100 rubles per night. We were in a much better and cheaper hotel. The tiles from the pools are falling off, no one is fixing them back up, they lie nearby or at the bottom.

The breakfasts are excellent. In the room are disposable combs, razors, cotton pads and swabs, shampoo, balm and gel. The sea view is beautiful, we asked and were given a room on the 5th floor with a view. There are several cafes nearby, including a Russian one. The children's room is excellent, but until 18:00.

“Quality holiday in Novotel”

The hotel is new and very stylish. Excellent, well-groomed territory, just maintaining artificial ponds with fish is worth it! We were worried that there would be nowhere to eat besides the hotel - but our fears were not confirmed - literally across the road from the hotel there is a modern street with new restaurants for every taste at quite reasonable prices (1.5 times cheaper than hotel prices) The hotel has 2 huge swimming pools - one noisy one sea, the other is calm and uncrowded near the main building. In the evenings there is live music in the lobby, very high quality. The beach itself is well-groomed and clean, but the sea cannot be called transparent - there is some kind of suspension in the water. This does not interfere with swimming. The hotel is very convenient to reach cable car on the free bus. The airport is just 15 minutes away and the hotel provides a free shuttle. We are very pleased with our stay at Novotel!

There is no sound insulation in the rooms of the central building; you can hear your neighbors as if you were in your own room. We were there during the Chinese New Year and the staff clearly couldn’t cope with the increased workload; there simply weren’t enough dishes in the restaurant for meals; cleaning the table was a series of wiping off leftover food with a dirty rag. The bungalow area on the north side smelled like sewage. The pool toilet is unusually smelly. Doesn't the hotel management notice this? We ordered pizza at the bar in the central building; neither the children nor the adults could even finish one slice. Surprisingly, the hotel has the most Italians, but there is a serious gap in Italian cuisine. The pool bar also has nothing outstanding with snacks. The Seafood restaurant once pleased me during a barbecue event. We came the next day and were disappointed, the tuna was dry and the rolls were not tasty. In the room, the water supply is absolutely unpredictable. You can wash and the water simply stops flowing, after some time the water supply is resumed. The hotel, by the way, is quite new, about 3 years old at most. They could have tried to bring everything to mind if they gave it 5 stars.

The hotel area is not bad, but the abundance of shortcomings spoils the whole impression. The beach and sea are clean. Delicious coffee is brewed in the restaurant for breakfast and the breakfast itself is not bad. This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel chain, but this hotel, frankly speaking, was disappointing.

The hotel does not justify 5 stars. 1. The hotel is very dirty, the corridors are not cleaned at all, and you walk through a thick layer of dust, hair and dirt to get to your room. There were 3 of us, and for some reason they always brought towels for two. The main pool by the sea is very dirty, there are black clots at the bottom, in 2 weeks we have never seen anyone cleaning the pool. There is a bar in the pool where people sit and drink beer for hours (without leaving the pool). 3. In the dining room the tables are not cleaned, you can’t get napkins, you had to wait a long time for the tables to be cleared in order to sit down. 4. For all inclusive the food is so-so, you need to go to this hotel only with all inclusive, which is not offered by booking, since according to the price list the food is very expensive, more expensive than in Moscow restaurants. 5. They just wash the floor and can put one set of towels even though there are 2 people in the room. To update the minibar you need to constantly call and ask for it. - Currency can only be changed for $100 per day at the reception! And if there is even the slightest mark with a pen or something similar on the banknote, then they will not accept that kind of money from you. The banknotes must be simply perfect. - It took me half a day to get an iron in my room. At first they said that they didn’t have it at all, as well as the service to wash clothes (in a 5-star hotel), then they said that they did and brought a bucket of ice, and only then they brought an iron.
