1. Introduction

The purpose of my work is to study the organization of animation services. Also in our work, I will try to develop animation programs and analyze the activities of country hotels.

I chosen by me the theme of animation service is relevant and interesting, because it is the animation that tourists are interested in the journey. This was the consequence of the fact that urbanization affects our lives. It creates various negative consequences: an increased density of the urban population, increased life loads, constant stress, lack of time for a favorite thing, labor monotonicity and much more.

The reaction to these negative consequences is the desire to leave the city to clean nature, to touch the wind values, diversify life impressions, eliminate psychological and physical fatigue, to know new and new people, find and show yourself in communicating with them, to stay with your relatives in the situation Recreation and entertainment. And as a result, there is an increased demand for tourist services such as various types of self-independent tourism, environmental tours, excursion and entertainment routes, sports and health and recovery services.

Thus, the change in the lifestyle of the modern man in connection with the industrialization led to a change in its rest needs and, accordingly, to change the content of the tourist product. Now, in addition to accommodation and nutrition, it began to include other elements aimed at meeting the needs for entertainment, having fun to leisure, in emotional unloading. That is how the concept of "tourist animation" arose.

2. Animation service, as an additional hotel service.

The entertainment sector, leisure and sports plays an important role in the overall infrastructure of the hospitality industry and solves a variety of tasks (first of all, education, formation of optimistic mood, education, recreation, development of people's culture). Filling out their leisure fun and sports entertainment and sports, the person rests and restores the strength. Entertainment enterprises and organizations include circus, zoos, rides, game, recreation parks, and a variety of spectacular enterprises - theaters, cinemas, concert halls, Philharmonic and much more.

Entertainment and sports industry enterprises act as independent and separate links, attracting significant material, financial and labor resources.

Hotel enterprises establish household connections and business contacts with enterprises providing entertainment, leisure, leisure and sports. Animation is a new direction of resort activities, involving the personal participation of tourists in gaming and theatrical show programs, sports and cultural and entertainment events. This phenomenon is a reducing competition between the resorts seeking to diversify the rest of their customers.

Animation brigades work with tourists throughout the day: in the morning they are invited to game and sports programs, during the day - on theatrical presentations, in the evening, the colorful show, celebration of birthdays, dating evenings, dance evenings, etc. For children and adolescents, gaming programs are offered, water rides, excursions, horseback rides, contests, demonstration of art and animated films, the work of various circles.

The concept of "animation" has a Latin origin (ANIMA - wind, air, soul; animatus - an animation) and means spiritualization, stimulation of vitality, involvement in activity.

Animation is a kind of service, aiming goal - improving the quality of service and at the same time is a kind of advertising form, re-attracting guests and their acquaintances.

The ultimate goal of the tourist animation is the satisfaction of the tourist with rest - his good mood, positive impressions, restoration of moral and physical forces.

2.1 Typology of animation

The difference in the concepts of "animation", "recreational animation", "hotel animation", "Tourist animation" is associated with the diversity of existing forms and programs of leisure animation activities. This will help to figure out the scheme indicated in Fig. 1.

Recreation animation is a type of leisure activity aimed at restoring human spiritual and physical forces. Programs implemented with recreational purposes can be conducted by tourist enterprises with tourists and guests and leisure institutions with local residents. This gives us the right to argue that the concept of "recreation" is wider than the concept of "tourist animation" and "hotel animation".

Tourist animation is a variety of tourist activities carried out at the tourist enterprise, vehicle or at the place of stay of tourists, which involves tourists in a variety of activities through participation in specially developed leisure programs. In other words, tourist animation is a tourist service, with which the tourist is involved in an active action.

In preparing animation programs, such features of tourists, such as nationality, gender, age, number (individual, group, mass), as well as the activity of tourists' participation are taken into account.

Tourist animation is divided into three main types of importance, priority and scope of animation programs in the overall travel program:

First type. Animated tourist routes are targeted tourist trips for one animation program, or a continuous animation process, deployed in the space in the form of travel, moving from one animation service to the other, which are provided in different geographic points.

2.2 Classification of tourists

Specialists employed in the hospitality industry need to know the national features of tourists, their habits, tastes, the most acceptable forms of leisure.

According to experts, at present, the inclusion of animated programs of cultural and educational, sports and tourist, entertainment nature in the maintenance of tourist routes and trips, in the work of hotels raises their prestige and demand in the tourist services market.

Having entertained, a person or group of people satisfies its spiritual needs, assesses his own personality, analyzes its role in the scale of various subsystems. Entertainment processes are carried out in both natural and artificially created atmosphere.

The entertainment industry, solving multifaceted tasks, in essence, forms and develops a person. Filling with entertainment, some of his free time a person restores itself and as a labor unit.

The entertainment industry acts as an independent, relatively separate element of the economic system, attracting significant material, financial, labor resources.

So, on the basis of this work, the following conclusions can be drawn:

    In the modern world, in the context of tough competition in the tourist services market, it is impossible to submit a hotel complex without organizing animation activities.

    Animation in hotels, plays great importance in creating a favorable psychological climate in the hotel, thereby creating prerequisites for the re-arrival of the guests, which significantly contributes to an increase in the image and income of this hotel.
