Read the law on the official website of the President of the Russian Federation. Good hotel for family vacation.
The visit to the hotel took place in the first half of June 2017. The composition of the vacationers is 2 adults + children 14 and 5 years old. The tour was purchased a week before departure under conditions of a limited budget as an alternative to a pre-planned trip to an emergency flight, but since the available budget allowed us to spend our vacation in more comfortable conditions, the choice was made to Turkey. The hotel was practically chosen independently. Our experience of visiting the Kirman chain hotel suggested that our expectations would be justified, and information about the complete renovation of this hotel only added to our optimism. In addition, when choosing a hotel, the priority was the availability of slides, food, first line and of course good ratings Based on well-known resources - both domestic and foreign - the hotel fully complied with all these requirements.
Cameraman Coral, host Odeon. We arrived at Antalya airport in the morning around 7:30. All formalities were completed within an hour. The road to the hotel took about 2 hours including a stop for 15-20 minutes. We arrived at the hotel around 10-20. It felt like they were waiting for us at the reception. Filling out a standard form and issuing a room key card and cards for beach towels took about five minutes, after which we put on our bracelets and were shown to our room. The room is standard. If desired, we could request a “female” with an additional payment of 25 euros per day, or “with a sea view” with an additional payment of 10 euros per day, but we were told that the offered room was quite normal and there was no need to choose. The reception staff speaks excellent Russian and communication took place without difficulties. There was a feeling that our arrival was welcome, everyone was smiling, in general, the check-in and meeting were a solid five.
It turned out that we didn’t have time for breakfast, but the presence of a chilled non-alcoholic mojito and a bunch of all kinds of cookies at the reception made it possible to have a little snack while registration was taking place.
The room is standard: beds 2 + 1.5 + a folding full additional single bed - it turned out to be a huge trestle bed and there was minimal free space left. The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, everything is working in good condition. The balcony overlooked neighboring hotel, tennis court and with side sea views. The bathroom had standard soaps, shampoos, creams, and shower caps. Everything is working and in good condition. There were no complaints about the room or equipment. A central air conditioner with a control unit on the wall only works when the balcony door is closed and there is a key card in a special receiver. All electrical equipment in the room is switched off when the key card is removed from the receiver. With the possible exception of the refrigerator. The key card receiver is not mechanical and it will not be possible to replace it with cards of similar size to maintain electricity. Safe in the room costs 2 euros per day. The TV broadcasts three Russian-language channels.
There are a couple of bottles of water and several cans of lemonade in the refrigerator. The water was replenished daily, and they no longer brought lemonade.
The meeting with the hotel guide was planned for the next day, but having relaxed, we missed it, the reminder came in the evening and we still went - there was nothing new: there were only a couple of people and everything went pretty quickly.
The territory is small, but it cannot be called small either, everything is compact, but quite free, there was no crowding. There are four swimming pools on site - for events, the main one, a children's pool and a pool with slides. The slides worked for two hours before lunch and the same amount after lunch. There are four slides - the quality is quite acceptable - the swimsuits are intact. There were enough sunbeds and this was probably the first hotel in my experience where it was extremely rare to see a sunbed occupied early in the morning. The impression was that the hotel was half full, which was later confirmed by the staff. By the end of the holiday the number of people increased, but not more than 3/4. One of the staff said that for some reason agencies are not actively offering this hotel.
Beach with gray coarse sand. The entrance and the surf strip are pebbles - it will be more comfortable to enter in slippers. There is a pier where you can immediately find yourself in the depths, but the ladder is not very convenient. There were no piers in the neighboring hotels and security periodically escorted “guests.” There were quite a lot of sun loungers on the beach. Near the entrance there is a coffee machine and non-alcoholic mojito. The sea water is comfortable for swimming for both children and adults. cooler in the morning and warmer in the evening. The water is clean, but one day something washed up and small oil stains were noticed on the pebbles, the next day there was nothing there.
Beach towels are provided at the spa in exchange for a card. One day it turned out that instead of 4 the day before, they took 3 cards when returning towels. In general, we were prepared to pay 20 euros for the loss of the card, which was written on them. I went to the spa and said that by mistake I did not take one card - in response I heard that there were “no problems” and received a card. I won’t say exactly the time when towels are issued, but not earlier than 9:00, otherwise you can come in and change towels throughout the day. One day after lunch the dry ones ran out. Someone was refused.
SPA - free to visit the hammam, sauna and bathhouse. There is also an indoor swimming pool with cool water. Everything is new and clean. The staff was not at all annoying with services. One day, the wife decided to take an hour and a half “complex” - she was satisfied with both the price of 40 dollars and the procedure itself, after which they offered to continue the massage course. I myself went to the sauna and swim in the cool pool almost every day. Probably for the first time they asked if I wanted to buy something from them, and having received a polite refusal, they no longer pestered me.
There is also an excellent gym - barbell machine, exercise bike, elliptical machine, machine, treadmill, dumbbells - everything is working in excellent condition - towels, water cooler.
Bars - I counted three full-fledged ones - the lobby, by the pool and a snack bar near the beach. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, the pool is open until 24 sec until 18:00. The snack bar offers beer and soft drinks. In the rest there is a full range of drinks, and in the lobby + tea and coffee in Turkish. All local drinks are Baileys, whiskey, rum, vodka, raki, tequila, cocktails based on them, quite good beer, champagne that tastes like Bosco. More juices from boxes, of which I preferred the tomato one. Nuts were offered for beer. One day in the lobby, instead of champagne, they poured some kind of garbage from bottles, like birch sap to taste. and basically all drinks are in full and of the expected quality. I wasn’t interested in imported drinks; what they offered was quite drinkable and I didn’t need the whiskey I’d brought with me from the bottle shop.
The bartenders are cheerful, friendly guys. After a couple of days, they already knew your “predilections” and kindly poured it)) without waiting for requests.
It was nice to sit in the lobby bar in the evening, not crowded, you can play Board games- checkers, backgammon, but a categorical lack of cubes. Cubes at the store for $1.
INTERNET - Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and in the room, the speed was quite enough for correspondence and turning pages. I haven't tried video calling. The teenage son said that he was watching the video in low resolution - he knew places with a stable connection. From time to time the work was not stable, apparently due to the number of devices.
Meals - you can have a snack or a full meal from 7 a.m. until late at night with a break perhaps somewhere from 10-30 to 11-30. Breakfast takes place in the main restaurant - omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pancakes, a couple of types of cereals, coffee from the machine, a completely normal breakfast.
At first, lunches took place only in a street restaurant, but then they began to open the main one, which I didn’t bother to go to for lunch. I have no desire to list the dishes - I’ll just say that everything was delicious, fresh, the family was well-fed, there were no poisonings. The only caveat is that the dishes are not always perfectly clean and the dishes come across with chips. The staff clears tables on time, waiters bring drinks quickly. Counting fruits and meat dishes didn't study. There was always only one type of soup.
Dinners took place in the main restaurant, there were quite a lot of dishes, + some themed dishes every day.
“Afternoon tea” took place in a street restaurant from 16 to 17 and is quite comparable to a full lunch + I really liked the potatoes baked in foil with various fillings.
Ice cream was given out in cones and cups from 11 to 12 to everyone.
Waiters periodically walked around the pools offering tea, coffee, ice cream, and fruit.
ANIMATION - at first it was somehow sluggish, no morning greetings, no games by the pool, but then they rocked up - darts, boccia, games by the pool, water aerobics, gymnastics on the grass, evening events, activities with children. The pool bar has table tennis rackets and balls freely available.
A couple of evening acrobatic shows were very interesting, the hotel’s traditional Mr. and Ms. On the first day there were fireworks, meeting the hotel managers and a huge ice cream cake from the chef. Every evening children's discos. karaoke a couple of times - evening - the first time was somehow sluggish, but the second time there were more people and people wanted to sing.
Children's club - open from 10 to 12-30 and from 14 to 17. The girls in the club are all Russian-speaking. My daughter enjoyed going there. We played various games with the children both inside and around the hotel. They made cookies, baked pizza, applied face painting, did appliqué, and drew. And the children just had fun jumping on the trampoline. Our girl said goodbye to her “nannies” Julia, Katya and especially Roksolana with tears in her eyes... Well done girls, I give you a bunch of pluses for making your daughter happy.
There are no special entertainment options for teenagers, but judging by the satisfied expression on the eldest son’s face, he was happy with everything, especially the unlimited Internet traffic and unlimited hot chocolate from the vending machines in terms of time and volume. Somehow they got together, had fun on their own, but most importantly, there was no need to worry about the older child - the territory was closed, there were no strangers, the security was quite good.
The contingent of tourists is very diverse - mainly citizens of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Italian and English speech was heard, representatives of the countries were seen of Eastern Europe, Balkans... Those negative reviews that I read on German sites were caused by a high percentage (90) of “Russian tourists”, into which category apparently all representatives fell former USSR. However, no discrimination based on nationality was noticed. The main composition of vacationers are couples of different ages and families with children of preschool and primary school age, but there was no dominance of children. There weren’t many youth companies; overall, there was an even distribution.
The hotel area is pleasant, clean, and the area cannot be called green, but the existing lawns and plants were well-groomed. There is interesting places for photo shoots. You can order a photo session from local photographers for free and then buy the photos you like for $6.
Cleaning of the rooms is so-so to a C level - sweeping away dust in the aisles, replacing towels and making beds. To change the bed, you need to leave a special card on the bed - we needed one change in 10 days. We didn’t ask ourselves what time the cleaning took place, but it didn’t interfere with our rhythm. Only once the cleaning lady came at about 16:00 when we had not yet woken up. And on the rest of the days no one bothered us.
When a small problem was discovered in the room related to the fastening of the lamp, it was enough to notify the reception once and after a couple of hours they noticed that the problem had already been fixed.
To summarize the review, I want to say that the vacation at the hotel was a success and this is no small merit of the hotel staff and managers who were always in sight, urging ordinary employees on. The hotel staff is friendly, polite, with welcoming smiles on their faces.
There were never any queues in bars or restaurants, everything was efficient and fast. Apparently the hotel was not completely full + the efficiency of the staff.
We left the hotel once and walked about 400 meters to the mini market; there was no desire to go anywhere else, and there was nowhere to go.
On the day of departure, as usual, the room had to be returned at 12:00, however, the cards for beach towels were not immediately handed over to the reception - we were asked to return them when we left. We spent the time before the bus by the pool and had lunch. We went to the spa where we took a shower, changed clothes and calmly went out to the bus. I had to delay a little because of my daughter’s tearful separation from the animator girls from the mini-club. With a departure at 19:40, the bus was scheduled for 15:15, but at 15:00 it had already arrived.
I give the hotel an extremely positive rating and would not hesitate to recommend it for a family holiday and will be happy to answer questions.

I liked and remembered EVERYTHING, from the first day until departure!!! This cannot be described, you have to feel it!!! We recommend this hotel to everyone! Of course, it is not for young people; if you want a lot of fun, the guide suggests going to other hotels. We travel to Turkey annually in April-May for 14 days and in September-October, each time we choose different hotels. and now we have decided that we will only book this hotel for our vacation. We regretted that we didn’t take our grandchildren, we didn’t think it was so cool here. We decided to go here with our grandchildren in the fall!

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We went with children. We were placed in a room with windows overlooking the courtyard. We didn’t really sleep all night because it was very noisy in the yard. The disco played loud music all night. The next day we were kindly accommodated in another room, already overlooking the sea. The food in the restaurant is varied and everyone will find something tasty for themselves. Once we went to an a la carte restaurant, the food there was very spicy and we didn’t like it. Ice cream is given twice a day. Near the sea, in a cafe before lunch, they give you watermelon. In the evening there are entertainment activities for children. During the day, you can leave your child in the children's room, where they can play and have fun. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The hotel is located on the first line. The sea is excellent, clean and warm. You can feed small fish from the pier.

Hi all! Our whole family vacationed in wonderful hotel Kirman, which is located near Alanya. We were very pleased with our vacation! We arrived at the airport around 22.00, by 1.00 we were already at the hotel, it took an hour and a half to get there. At the reception we were met by friendly staff who speak good Russian, we filled out a form, put on our bracelets and after 10 minutes we were already in our room. The room was on the first floor (in fact it was the third), with a view of the surrounding area. Then this turned out to be a big plus, since the animation is inaudible and the room is always quiet. Room after renovation. The air conditioning worked great, the safe was available for a fee. We used one safe for 2 families. Now about nutrition. The food is very tasty and varied. Lots of fruits, sweets and drinks good quality. There are no queues for food, unless it's for pancakes in the morning. For lunch and dinner there are always several types of meat and fish. Unlimited quantities of ice cream are provided twice a day. In general, there is always a lot of food, and for every taste. There is a restaurant with Turkish cuisine, tasty, but too spicy for me. The hotel area is small, but for us this turned out to be a plus, everything is within walking distance. There are three swimming pools on the territory, one of them with slides. I was very pleased with the sea, the water was clean and warm, like fresh milk. To summarize, I will say that we were very pleased with the hotel and never regretted our choice. I can confidently recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances.

I was on holiday in Kirman last August. The room was excellent. And the view of the surrounding area from the balcony did not disappoint at all. Perhaps much better than the sea view. The welcome upon arrival is wonderful. However, there were problems with replacing linen. During the 14 days of rest, the duvet cover was changed only two or three times. I don’t like to swear, and I didn’t want to on vacation. The floor is also not washed very often. The beach turned out to be not sandy and pebble, but rather pebble. The cuisine is good, but I would like more seafood. The fish came often and was always very tasty. A couple of times there was a delicious vegetable stew. Excellent sweets, delicious turkey and amazing greens! We went to restaurants: Mediterranean and Ottoman. Grilled sea bream left an indelible impression! Delicious! The service in restaurants and cafes is excellent. So I was very pleased with my vacation, and all these little things are nothing compared to such a resort!

I vacationed with my husband and 12-year-old son from 07/22 to 07/29/14. The impressions are different, but everything is in order.
The plane was delayed for 6 hours, arrived at about 21.00, arrived at the hotel at about 23.00 - the day was lost, the tour company naturally did not return the money. Try to select tours taking into account the journey from the airport for 2-2.5 hours, so that you can check into the hotel by 14.00 and check out by 12.00. It’s a pity to lose money for the whole day.
It took me a long time to choose a hotel, I was more guided by reviews - I settled on Club Sidera - rating, money. But I was slightly wrong. In general, when choosing a hotel, you need to realize that all five stars are different, if we think that five stars are five stars, then not in Turkey - just five stars, five SPA stars, five High class stars, five De Luxe stars. That is, their five stars correspond to a maximum of three in Europe. So when choosing a hotel, know that five stars are not the same as five stars.
We arrived at the hotel - the description says it’s a luxurious five-star hotel - maybe it was once luxurious, but not now, everything is very modest - the carpets on the floors are old, filthy; the chairs in the lobby bar are unsightly with threads sticking out, but at the same time everywhere is clean.
Check-in is quite quick, probably about 20 minutes, while we filled out the form, put on bracelets, the girl brought drinks, she’s so funny, she’s small, always smiling, speaks only Turkish, and it seems the only girl is the waiter, the rest are all guys.
They didn’t give me any money at the reception upon check-in, my husband, who is disabled, warned me that it would be difficult to walk high up, I know that the elevators in the hotel are not great - they work slowly, I asked to be given a lower room, but no - they gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the road and the mountains. With a sea view they asked for an additional payment of 10 dollars per day. Although they immediately accommodated two girls of Caucasian appearance in the same standard, they gave us a room on the first floor with a view of the sea, I don’t know if there was an extra charge or not. Well, to hell with them, after thinking logically, I realized that rooms with a view of the road are used three times less often, I decided that accordingly the plumbing and flooring were better - I did not change the room.
The room is standard, quite spacious with a single bed and a double bed, everything looks clean (in the morning we saw dirty mirrors and dust on the bedside tables), no plumbing leaks, large balcony, air conditioner. It worked properly every hour, BUT at the same time there was a tiny old TV, we don’t have those anywhere anymore, and like a mini bar - which practically doesn’t cool at all. The switch in the bathroom didn't work, they called electricians in the morning - they came and fixed it in about two hours.
After checking in, we went to eat, naturally at night the choice was limited, but there was soup, rice and some type of chicken stew, tea, and juices. We ate and went to the bar. Drinks are free until 24, so we had time to drink a little, there were very few people, although in my opinion it was still very early. Mostly Russians, and the Lithuanians got to know everyone.
In the morning we examined the area - small, but everything is clean, well-groomed, everything shines, is washed, the pools are clean, there are always enough sun loungers on the beach and by the pool, although the hotel was almost 80-90 percent full.
Now about what is stated in the hotel description and what is actually there:
So - a club hotel, nonsense is far from a club - a hotel for pensioners, I’ll explain why later.. 37 km. from Alanya - perhaps 37 km. – but it takes 60-70 minutes to get there with constant stops; by the way, paying for the bus in lira is cheaper than in dollars or euros.
The descriptions of the rooms are all correct, but it’s hard to call it a TV.
Hotel infrastructure:
- reading room - present
- TV room – couldn’t find it at point blank range
- a shopping center (online cafe - there is, I didn’t ask how much it costs; a store, a clothing boutique, a jewelry store - they exist, I was glad that they didn’t pester me with purchases, the prices are respectively 2, 3 times more expensive than what can be found in Alanya; a hairdresser - there is, prices - depending on whom - expensive for me, cheap for Muscovites.);
- amphitheater – present;
- 4 elevators - yes, but they work very slowly, they never broke down in my experience.

Types of food: Everything matches - eat at least all day long.
In general, I was surprised that most of the hotel territory is given over to the dining room (restaurant) and bars, there are a lot of them, and you can eat or drink everywhere - I don’t want to.
The main restaurant is simply huge, there is always room (only on a Turkish night it was difficult to find a table). The choice of food and drinks can be said to be large (I went to a neighboring hotel, the choice was much more modest), there was fish and veal, and of course chicken in different versions. IN last night our presence, they theatrically carried out the fish on the fire. But, unfortunately, the food is not to my taste, I associate this with Oraza (at this time Muslims are not allowed to eat or drink anything at all all day until 24.00) so I think that the cooks simply did not taste the food when they were cooking. The porridge is terribly sweet and impossible to eat (if you are reading this review, please point out these shortcomings to the chef). It’s also impossible to eat the main dishes (most often over-salted and peppered), the stomach immediately goes out, even the rice is either completely bland (white) or with some kind of terrible seasoning (yellow), while all the salads (which are without mayonnaise) are not at all I don’t know why the salty ones, and the ones with mayonnaise (it’s strange, they’re kind of greasy and terribly fatty) are simply impossibly over-salted. On the last day I poisoned myself with one of the salads with mayonnaise, so be careful. My son really liked the soups, so he practically ate them. Otherwise, everything else in the restaurant is top notch, the service is just super, the cooks and waiters work their butts off, before you can blink they’ve already cleaned up, they always smile and say hello. By the way, waiters don’t work in one place; one minute he was in A la carte, and an hour later he was already at the pool bar. The chef is generally a great guy, always walking around, looking, smiling at everyone.
But at the same time, I would like to draw attention to the appearance of some waiters and bartenders; their clothes are dirty (it is not clear whether they wash and iron them themselves or this is done at the expense of the hotel) - it is strange why the administration does not monitor the appearance of some employees. And yet, the waiters carry forks and spoons in the back pocket of their trousers, and then put them on the table without wiping them, I didn’t have time to write down the name of this individual, and you ask for another waiter who simply gives terrible service, is rude and constantly mutters something under his breath. bring drinks - even after the second warning, you won’t get them in an hour, so well-fed (the most well-fed).
Lobby bar. It’s very big - there are almost never people there, but it’s terribly stuffy there, once I had to sit there for about 40 minutes (waiting for the guide), I thought I was going to die, the humidity was crazy, the air conditioner didn’t work, I can’t imagine how the service staff worked there. But since there are few people, they pour drinks not like at the pool, but smile and say hello and don’t squeeze, they pour a lot, but except for some individuals who have a brick face, they are not supposed to speak anymore.
The pool bar is a different story. Drinks, like everywhere else from 10 to 24, but it’s not beer, it’s just water, I thought so everywhere, but no - when we went to the water park, there was beer on tap, but not diluted. The bartenders in this bar, with some exceptions, are terrible. They can blatantly say that there is no liquor, although there are 10 bottles of liquor opposite them (by the way, the liquor there is delicious), or for some reason they put in liquor when no one asks them to pour cola, and then mutter dissatisfiedly in Turkish, or even say that this drink is not available , although they just took it to the refrigerator and they are too lazy to walk 2 meters and take it from there. I understand that the work is terrible, exhausting, there are a lot of drunken inappropriate people, but when you come up for the first time all day absolutely sober and they do this to you, it becomes disgusting. In general, the majority of bartenders left extremely unpleasant impressions.
A la carte (fish) - I didn’t like it, the service took a long time and the food was not tasty (no shrimp, crabs, some small grilled fish), only dessert saved the situation.

Free service:
- room cleaning (cleaning - daily, bed linen changed - every 3 days); - You can’t call it cleaning at all. In seven days, they vacuumed once, the dust was not wiped off even once, as we moved in, no one’s palms were in the mirror, and when they left, they remained, the door was covered with something and remained there, there were grape seeds on the bedside table - I had to do it myself wipe. The sink was never washed, I still didn’t understand whether the linen was changed or not, and if so, it was not ironed. Towels were changed only when you threw them on the floor. The water was not replenished every day, we had to take it ourselves. In general, the cleaning is what disappointed me the most. I think if I had gone and complained to the reception, it would have been better. But I didn’t want to get on my nerves again.
- wireless Internet in the hotel lobby - it works intermittently, for two days it practically didn’t work at all.
Paid service:
- internet in the room - don’t know, didn’t use it
- laundry – washing and ironing a thing costs from 2 to 4 euros, so take a small iron with you and some kind of thread powder. If you want to be stroked right away, no, only in certain time They will come and take your things after you leave a request. They ironed my husband’s disgusting summer trousers for 1.5 euros without washing.

Entertainment and sports:
The pools are present and large and clean.
Children's slides operate by the hour.
- indoor disco - Disco every other day, but no one goes to it. Such a DJ (I think Byram) should be driven away with a filthy broom, where did he get this tuber? It seems that he doesn’t even look at who comes to the dance. gender? – after all, the majority of people are over 25. And since the music is not adequate, they immediately turn around after standing for about five minutes (I specifically observed it) and leave. The light music hurts your eyes so much that you can’t stand it for more than ten minutes, it seems that everything was done in such a way that people would not go to this disco at all. Accordingly, they don’t go.

Animation: daytime and evening programs -
In general, the name of the hotel contains the word Club, but in fact this is far from a club hotel, I don’t understand at all which vacationers the hotel owners are betting on?
1.if for families with children - then why are there such terrible playgrounds, there are never children there, a very tiny mini club for children from 4 to 12 years old - my child didn’t go there at all - it’s boring. As there is no current children's entertainment, evening animation for children is the same every day, the girls animators are something - it seems that they fall asleep on the go when they work with children. Only Ruslan really showed that he loved children and worked with them.
2. If the hotel is aimed at young people, then there is practically none there. Evening adult animation is almost always boring, with some exceptions. In the hotel, the main contingent of vacationers is from 25 to 50 - apparently people are bored, after the evening animation at the last dance everyone is jumping, laughing, rejoicing - dreaming of a continuation, but it was not there at 22.30 - everyone is talking, the music is quieter, and they play the same kind of music What the hell are you going to dance about? So everyone sits in the bar and gets drunk because there’s nothing to do - but you don’t want to sleep. In general, the animation is completely out of whack.
For free:
- Turkish bath - never mind, you can go in and sit for 5-10 minutes, and after that they will come up to you and say: “vacate the premises, now there will be paid procedures by appointment.”
- doctor’s services - I don’t know, thank God we didn’t use them, but the guide said that only minor services were free - treating a wound, measuring blood pressure, measuring temperature, etc. everything else is for crazy money.
- tennis during the day - there was only one court, most often it was empty.
- canoe – no, no and no
- the catamaran is nonsense, they simply aren’t there, I saw one rusty one lying upside down, but I’ve never seen it at sea, when I read about the hotel I dreamed that my husband and I would take a ride on a catamaran, at least it’s worth buying – that’s not the case.
- table tennis - 1 table, most often occupied, with dead rackets, but if you want, you can play.
- basketball – one field for everything, both basketball and football
- fitness center – present, people absent
- darts - played for hours twice a day
- boccia - I don’t understand what it is;
- beach volleyball – there really is a court, people were playing
- mini-football – I haven’t seen it, but they say it’s present
- shuffleboard.

Paid services - everything seems to be present, although I didn’t see the Yachts there, didn’t use anything - except for the safe, 2 euros per day, I wanted to pay in euros, they didn’t have change - I paid in dollars at 3 $ per day.
For children: I already wrote everything sadly.
The beach - everything corresponds, there are plenty of sun loungers, a good pier. But naturally there is no smell of sand; the entrance to the sea is large pebbles. And yet, for some reason the path to the pier ends and you have to stomp on pebbles. The water is warm and clean. A lot has been written about towels - they are changed every three days.

Additional Information:
- staff with knowledge of foreign languages (guest relations, animation, reception): Turkish, German, English, Russian; - Everything corresponds; many speak Russian, some speak English, except for the cleaning ladies and some waiters.
Now, briefly about the reception. I already wrote about the settlement at the beginning.
I tried to contact the reception very rarely, as it was not a pleasure.
1st time: at the meeting the guide warned that calling from the room is very expensive, so if you have any questions, call the reception. Well, no - don’t dream, she came up and asked - Muhammad (a tall, thin guy without a badge - then he said that he was the director, I still didn’t understand why), with a grin: “Who told you that you can call from here, no, call from the number . Expensive? So what, your problems.”
2nd time: I asked to fix the light - the request was accepted, two hours later the workers came and fixed it.
3. We had to go down ten times to find out when the bus would come to pick us up at the airport, each time: “The fax hasn’t arrived yet, come back in half an hour, an hour.” When I was tired of walking, I brought the guide’s number and forced him to call to find out when the bus would pick us up. In general, the guide’s work was disgusting – but the hotel workers, of course, had nothing to do with it. When the fax arrived, they did not call the number or inform us. Well, to hell with them, they already have a lot of work. I went down for the 12th time, I didn’t fall apart, I learned everything.
3. I asked if boxes with food were collected for the trip - again Muhammad - no, no, and no - you can eat in the canteen before leaving. We left at such a time that there was nothing there except tea, soup and a few buns. In other hotels, food is collected for the trip.
Several times I sat and watched how the reception staff worked.
Dear Muhammad - if you are a director, I really don’t know what, be at least a little more restrained, don’t throw the keys, don’t yell in response to complaints from visitors (sometimes drunk), smile at least sometimes sincerely.
And if you start to bother you at the reception, some employees will pretend that they don’t understand Russian or English at all, like don’t bother me, come back later.
Of course, we can’t say that everything was so disgusting, there were adequate workers who didn’t brush you off like an annoying fly, but explained everything and told you everything - there was one young guy, unfortunately, he didn’t work on the last day.
About the hotel workers: – I want to say thank you: Murvet (the girl waitress at the lobby bar and reception), Suleiman Guzel, Burak Can Akbal, Fatiht Bagdat, Seving (I apologize if I made mistakes in the names and surnames) – pleasant good people work like bees.
Well, of course, we can’t help but mention those who don’t know how to work or don’t want to work (my opinion), I would fire them without hesitation: Onur (bartender), Irfan (bartender), Yusuf (receptionist) and of course the maids (I’ve never seen I don’t know the names) who were never cleaned in our room 347.
Well, let's talk about the hotel. I would recommend it only to those people who are looking for a calm, quiet rest without parties, those who already go to bed at 22-23, those who are not too lazy to go to the reception and ask for their room to be cleaned, those who practically do not use beach towels, those whose stomachs accept spicy and salty food, those who are limited in funds.
A few more words about excursions. Many people write that excursions purchased from guides and at the bazaar are no different, but I noticed the difference. I bought one excursion (water park 35 bucks per person, children under 12 years cheaper) at the market, a second excursion (Yacht tour - 50 bucks per person, children under 12 years old 30 bucks) from the guide.
So, the difference is
First excursion. Aquapark. Please do not confuse the Water Park with the Dolphinarium in THREE (it is much more expensive). We were transported on a dilapidated minibus in which there was not enough space for everyone, people had to stand - fortunately it was close to travel. We arrived and were given a card - it only included lunch (fast food), one cola and a small ice cream. All the drinks and food we had with us were taken away. I met people there who bought excursions from guides (50 bucks per person) - they were transported on comfortable buses with air conditioners, at the entrance they put on bracelets, which meant that all drinks were free all day, and of course the same lunch. So consider for yourself how much you can throw away on drinks alone. In general, if you are going on vacation at Club Sidera, then you don’t have to buy an excursion to the water park or dolphinarium at all, but just take the bus that goes in the direction of Alanya, pay 1 dollar to the water park (you can even walk), to the dolphinarium 3 bucks, buy it yourself Get yourself a card or bracelet at the ticket office without any overpayments to the guides and have fun to your heart’s content. I was sorry for the money spent, I didn’t like the water park.
Second excursion. Yacht tour. At the bazaar, when they offer Alanya a yacht tour for 20-25 bucks per person, they say that this is the same excursion as the guides for 50 bucks. However, this is not the case. They picked us up at 8.30 in the morning, took us on an excellent bus to Alanya, drove up to the port - it was filled with small pirate yachts and only among them was one more or less large Rafting - thank God it turned out to be ours. It was a great trip with a foam party, a decent lunch, and free drinks. No one checked at the entrance; you could bring in whatever you wanted. Before lunch, the children had time to get hungry, and on the yacht itself everything costs money (except for drinks for 5 bucks), so you can take chips, pistachios and all kinds of snacks with you from the dining room.
Those who bought Alanya tours in the bazaars later said that they rode in dirty minibuses and sailed the sea for much less time on a small pirate yacht. So, it's up to you to choose.
I didn’t go on other excursions. In general, the cheapest excursions are if you go from the hotel to the right towards Alanya, not reaching the Grand Alara Bazaar on this side.
Happy holidays everyone!!!
