Liski, Voronezh region train and train schedule. How to get from Voronezh to Liski by bus

My daughter has been studying in Moscow for two years now; of course, I miss her very much and go to visit her every chance I get. Although it doesn’t happen as often as I want, 600 kilometers is still a long distance.

But she had already learned the route like the back of her hand. I have traveled by all types of transport and will be happy to share the details of this route.

By car

I traveled twice by car and only along the M4 highway, it is about half an hour from the city.

Modern good road, along which you can easily reach the capital in seven hours.

There will be 7 toll sections along the way, so you will need to part with about 700 rubles.

I don’t recommend driving along the bypass road through Tula and Kursk; the asphalt there is in rather poor condition.

The infrastructure on the M4 is quite well developed: many gas stations, various cafes and canteens, service stations, motels.

The road is also quite picturesque. For example, not far from Voronezh you can see the temple ensembles of the Zadonsk monasteries.

So it’s a pleasure to drive along this route, in every sense of the word. There are not many trucks here, the average speed can be maintained at 120 kilometers per hour. Cameras are visible from afar.

It is better to plan your trip so that you arrive in Moscow after nine in the evening, then you can avoid traffic jams.

Railway

A very convenient option and most often I choose it to travel along this route. There are quite a lot of passing trains; you can leave in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Check the schedule in advance on the official website of Russian Railways. There are both branded trains (even a double-decker) and regular ones. The journey takes on average 14 hours, but branded trains go a little faster.

Fare

Travel in a reserved seat regular train will cost 900 rubles if you want to go to branded train, then you will have to pay 1400 rubles for a ticket. The coupe costs almost twice as much.

Buying train tickets

You can purchase a train ticket 60 days in advance. Also this year, Russian Railways plans to increase this period by another thirty days.

Tickets are sold at the ticket office at the station or on the Russian Railways website.

By plane

The nearest airport is a hundred kilometers away in the city (it’s called Chertovitskoye).

So, from Voronezh to Moscow the company Rusline flies daily (departure at 6:55 and 16:15, the flight will last an hour), the Aeroflot company (departure at 7:05 and 11:05, you also need to spend about an hour in flight) and the company (departure is at 10:25 and at 21:15, you need to spend 1 hour 15 minutes in flight).

More detailed information You can find information about these flights in search engines, or look again.

Flight cost

The most expensive tickets Aeroflot has 5,500 rubles. The companies Rusline and S7 cost 4,000 rubles each. These are economy class prices.

Buy it on airline websites, or you can look at other websites.

Bus routes

There is one (daily) bus about the capital. It departs at half past seven in the morning and ten hours later arrives in the capital at the Krasnogvardeyskaya bus station.

For a ticket to the capital you will need to pay 1200 rubles.
