Rooms are cleaned late. Just in the heat of the day, when you come from the beach. It was not critical for us, because... spent the whole day on the beach. But it won’t be very convenient for families with children.

Recently renovated hotel. The rooms are clean. Towels are changed every day. Socket adapters and beach towels are available at reception. The location is excellent: the center is within walking distance, bus stop near the hotel. We went to Nissi Beach, so I can’t say anything about the beach, which is located next to the hotel. We had a late flight. We spent the day by the pool. There is a guest shower, you can leave your suitcases. Shops are located next to the hotel. On the ground floor there is a souvenir shop where you can buy everything you need at affordable prices (compared to other souvenir shops).

✅Last year it opened after a complete renovation. It’s always a pleasure to relax in new hotels: clean, modern rooms, pleasant interiors, comfortable sun loungers, swimming pools with modern water purification. ✅The hotel is very compact: actually one building and a swimming pool on site. Swimming pool with sea water. In addition to a sufficient number of sun loungers (you can lie down at any time without any problems), comfortable sofas by the water. ✅All rooms face the pool (there are no ambush rooms with a bad view). There are rooms with access to the pool (adults only). But they are located on the -1st floor overlooking the wall. In my opinion, a dubious pleasure 🤨 The rooms have a safe, air conditioning, and a refrigerator for free. WiFi is free throughout the hotel, the speed is excellent both for work and for watching movies. ✅The cleanliness of the hotel is monitored. Everything is constantly washed: from the tables in the restaurant and the white sun loungers by the pool, to the glass partitions on the balconies of the rooms. ✅I was very pleased with the food. There is always meat, fish, and fruit. I enjoyed my favorite mutton and lamb every day. For breakfast, porridge for children, champagne for adults😉 The only thing is that the dessert table is very sad. Total chemistry. I never even had the desire to try it. ✅Service at a good level. The hotel is excellent, good value for money👍🏻 Everything is new and neat! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious. Room cleaning is done daily. Despite my demanding nature, everything suited me perfectly. There are always free sun loungers near the pool, the pool was checked in every day, and the sun loungers were also wiped down early in the morning! There was always perfect order near the pool too! Excellent location, there are many tavern shops nearby, the main street with bars, restaurants and discos!

Main disadvantages: There are obvious problems with the service. The reception is very slow and to be honest not very friendly, as if they are doing you a favor. We were met at the reception by a man with a stain on his shirt, he checked us in for about 20 minutes, although there were no guests there except us, he couldn’t count the change for a long time, and when I asked for an iron and asked if there was an ironing board in the room, he said that he had no idea , but the guests somehow iron 🤦‍♀️ the deposit amounts are not entered into the number in the system, but are written down in notebooks 🤦‍♀️ some kind of stone age 😀. A separate issue is cleaning and interaction with the maids: they take tips, but cleaning only involves making the bed, changing towels and collecting garbage. The floor is covered in stains, it is not washed, walking barefoot is disgusting, and there are no slippers in the rooms. They don’t wipe off the dust, the mirror in our room was all stained, I had to wipe it myself, the maids don’t pay attention to it. They don’t take away dirty dishes, I had wine glasses for 2 days and they only took them away when I caught the maid in the hallway and asked her about it. At the same time, they rudely told me that this was not her number and she should not do this. One day they simply slipped a note under our door that there would be no cleaning today, without any apologies, they simply presented us with a fait accompli. Perhaps they have very few maids and they cannot cope with the number of rooms, but this is a question for the hotel management; this should not become a problem for the guest who pays for the stay. I can’t say that this is a feature of the mentality, this is not the first time in Cyprus, before that we were in Limassol, Mediterranean Beach, I don’t remember that there were any complaints about the service or cleaning. Breakfast is monotonous, the range does not change at all. The bathroom doors are very heavy and difficult to close; you need to use a lot of force to close them. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear everything that happens both in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms.

Objectively, the hotel has both pros and cons. Of the obvious advantages: Good location relative to the beach (Limanaki/Pantakha, literally 7 minutes walk along the promenade across the road from the hotel, that is, actually the hotel is on the second line). There are many taverns and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Modern design, photo matches, room area is about 25 square meters, spacious balcony (view only of the pool, some rooms have a side sea view). WiFi is normal, everything opens quickly, you can watch movies online. There is a tea and coffee station and even a capsule coffee machine. Mini fridge. There is a hairdryer, but it barely works. There is an ironing board, but you have to take the iron from the reception for a deposit, but they don’t give it for the entire period, you have to return it every time and then go get it again yourself. An adapter is subject to a deposit, beach towels are also subject to a deposit, they are changed only once every three days. Eat free parking, there are enough places, this is a big plus!

When booking, we asked for a room not near the elevator, since we were traveling with a baby, we were assigned to a room near the elevator. When booking, we also chose a room with one large bed - they provided us with two separate ones. We moved the beds ourselves and secured them with a chair so that they wouldn’t move apart. The safe did not work upon check-in. They fixed it a day after calling. On the second day of our stay, the lock on the front door broke. We waited a long time until we found the right person with the right keys and knowledge who would let us into the room.

Monotony of breakfast

A beautiful new hotel, everything is clean, the location is excellent, 1 km to all restaurants and entertainment. The beach next to the hotel is good, also clean, long coastline. There is free, ample parking; there have never been any problems with spaces. Wifi works well throughout the hotel. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view. Upon arrival, a compliment was expected in the room: wine and fruit. We were delighted with the hotel, the only thing we didn’t like was that the breakfast was always the same. Dinners I don’t recommend taking it; it’s better to eat for this amount in restaurants and local taverns. In general, if not for the food, then a solid 10!

The balcony in room 511 is small, just like in 510 and 512 (410-412, 310-312 and so on by floor) They are combined into 3 rooms. If the next room is a smoker, then everything flies into the room, sleeping with an open balcony is not possible!!! It’s noisy in the hotel, since you can hear everything from the restaurants, but it’s not scary. The contingent is very diverse. The hotel cannot be called youthful. The floors are washed poorly. There is no air conditioning in the corridors. It’s unrealistically hot in the hotel. The reception, in my opinion, is adequate. Breakfast, like everywhere else in Cyprys, is disgusting. Don’t take rooms with a pool! They throw garbage there from the balconies and spit on them.

There is no baby potty or toilet seat cover for a child, which is crazy, considering that the hotel accommodates small children. The pillows are also terrible, it is impossible to sleep on them, there are no others in the hotel. I had to sleep on decorative, thin ones (they are placed on the beds in the room for beauty). Adapter for socket for a deposit of 2 euros at the reception, there are also towels for a deposit of 5 euros. You can change it once every 2-3 days (it would be more convenient to get a clean, salty sea every day) All rooms (except the basement) have an excellent view of the sea and the city. Throughout the entire territory The hotel has excellent free internet. Nice pool with slightly salty water, comfortable sun loungers. There is a bar where you can drink and eat, for very little money (see photo of the menu). The restaurant is excellent, calm, without fighting for food and plates. The summer terrace is just a godsend! How nice it is to have breakfast and dinner there. We had HB, but no problem to have lunch in the restaurant (13 euros per person) Free drinks only for breakfast. You can easily change dinner for lunch. Good bean coffee, which is very rare even for 5 stars. For lunch and dinner, wine and beer for money (a glass of red/white wine 2.5E). Tea/coffee for dinner is really a problem, you can’t even buy it. There are high chairs for children. The food is very tasty and varied. Who writes that lunch and dinner with lobster and venison with foie gras with truffle sauce is not delicious, apparently. They cook with soul, they try. They take it not on volume and quantity, but on the quality of the dishes, well done. There are always several types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, turkey), fish and some seafood, delicious side dishes and salads, snacks. The cook is always present at dinner and is always happy to thank you. There are few fruits: melon, orange and apple and pear. The desserts are bomb, simply incredibly delicious, tiramisu, brownies and cheesecake are mind-boggling)) Cleaning is good: the floors are wiped down and towels are changed every day. There are excellent beaches nearby. We went to the left beach (when leaving the hotel, go left to the Melissi beach hotel, convenient descent available for strollers). There is also a seller of excellent fruits at great price(kg mango 4.5E, which is cheaper than supermarkets). It's a 5-minute walk to the beach with a stroller, so no problem. Sand, gently sloping entrance, crystal pure water, there is a shower. Sunbed and umbrella for 2.5E. Or we leave the hotel and go to the right, there is also a good beach with bars, but the bottom is rocky. I advise you to take a car or a quad, or a bus at worst) and go to the nearby beaches of Makronissos Beach, Landa, Nissi, Konnos, Vrissiana and Fig Tree Beach, stop by Cape Cavo Greco, great places and it’s all nearby.
