Primorsky village, Crimea: seaside holidays, how to get there, hotels. Beaches for relaxation in Primorskoe (Feodosia)

Primorsky and Beregovoe- two closest suburbs of Feodosia, which in the last decade have turned into a single full-fledged resort area with developed infrastructure. Both villages are located on the Black Sea coast very close to each other, they are separated by two estuary lakes - Kuchuk-Adzhigol and Adzhigol. Without exaggeration, we can say that Primorsky and Beregovoye are one of the most popular resort villages in Crimea. The thing is that for many years the main road passed through these villages. transport route, connecting mainland Russia and Crimea, many thousands of tourists traveled along this road, and it was in Primorskoe and Beregovoe that they first saw the Black Sea with wide sandy beaches from the windows of their cars. Few people resisted the temptation to stay here for at least a day or two. Those who are particularly attracted to this corner of Crimea come to the Beregovoye area from year to year. Now the entire flow of traffic is already on new road, bypassing Primorsky and Beregovoye, however, this will not at all diminish the popularity and advantages of these resorts, but quite the contrary, because earlier in the summer There has always been a real transport collapse here, but now the situation will become much more “resort” and calm.

Rest in Primorskoe and Beregovoe. The main common distinguishing feature of both resort villages is the presence of spacious sandy beaches in the area. Many private and departmental mini-hotels and boarding houses have been built along the seashore; the flat terrain allows you to easily cover already short distances. It should be noted that in terms of the quality of beaches, the village of Beregovoe is still superior to Primorsky. Within Primorskoe, the beaches are narrower and rockier, but just walk a hundred or two meters in any direction along the sea, and you find yourself on comfortable, spacious beaches.

Village infrastructure. When summer begins, life literally boils in both villages. Cafes, restaurants and retail shops are opening in the seaside area, the beaches are stocked with sun loungers, umbrellas and mushrooms, and agents are coming to sell excursions. In the east of the Crimean peninsula, 14 kilometers northeast of Feodosia, there is a fairly large urban-type settlement - Primorsky. It is located on the Ak-Monai Isthmus, on the highway Simferopol - Feodosia - Kerch P23, on the very shore Black Sea coast, in the Feodosia Gulf.

The village of Primorsky, today, is considered one of the largest on the peninsula, the population is 15,000 people. Previously, this entire territory was called Hafuz, and a Tatar settlement with the same name was located here. Before the revolution, it had a Russian name - Dalnie Kamyshi. Subsequently, there was a unification with the village of Hafuz. A border post-cardon was erected not far from the village of Dalnie Kamyshi. During civil war, after the defeat of Baron Wrangel in 1920, the outpost was destroyed. Another decade in its place local residents grazed their livestock. In Dalniye Kamyshi at the beginning of 1930, the Soviet government organized the “9 January” collective farm, and a large livestock complex was built on the site of the outpost.

In 1938, near the villages of Dalnie Kamyshi and Khafuz, a shipbuilding plant began to be built, as well as a torpedo-shooting station. Somewhat later, a small village was built for the builders and workers of these enterprises, which was given the name South Point. After the start of the Great Patriotic War, the construction of the plant was stopped, all plant equipment was dismantled and, along with all the workers, evacuated inland. During the period of German occupation, all factory buildings were completely destroyed. The Red Army soldiers liberated the village of Dalnie Kamyshi only in mid-April 1944, and already at the end of the same month the active restoration of the plant from the ruins began. Today this shipbuilding plant is called the Feodosia Production Association "More". It is engaged in the production of sea vessels for various border services (hovercraft and hydrofoils, as well as high-speed planing boats). In the 50s, active renaming of many villages in Crimea began. In May 1952, the village of South Point was united with the village of Hafuz, and then Dalnie Kamyshi was annexed to them. This locality becomes an urban-type settlement and receives its new name - the Primorsky settlement.

Many researchers believe that the Tatar toponym Hafuz comes from the Arabic-Turkic “hafiz”, which means “knowing the Koran by heart”. In other words, he is a respected Muslim who has been ranked among the clergy due to the fact that he knows the texts of the entire Koran by heart.

All this, of course, is correct, but they do not take into account that in addition to this, Hafuz is the oldest family of Karaites. This surname was widely known throughout Tsarist Russia, as well as in the territory of the Crimean Khanate and the Ottoman Empire. Hafuz has the same meaning in both Karaite and Tatar languages. Throughout the entire territory of Hafuz, no enlightened Muslims have ever been found. Until the 20th century there was only a store and a tavern. The locals called it “U Hafuz”. And the village and surrounding areas were in the possession of the Karaite Hafuza. The current name of the village came from his last name. About ten descendants of this ancient family still bear this surname. Everyone lives mainly in the city of Feodosia. The rest moved away or changed their family name and try not to mention their roots. At the moment, Primorsky is a successfully growing resort, which regularly attracts a large number of tourists.

The resort village of Primorsky is a continuation of the resort of Feodosia. This place has magnificent sandy beaches and developed infrastructure. With the onset of the summer season, life in Primorskoe begins to boil and is filled with a unique resort spirit and beach fun. You can get to Feodosia by taxi or public transport, so you will be only 14 km from the city center.
