Wonder how I spent the summer. Essay on the topic How I spent my summer (7 options)

I always look forward to summer, expecting something especially interesting. It gives me complete freedom, since I can be outside all day with my friends, travel, and relax. Left behind are tasks, dictations, tests and exams.

I spent the first month of the summer in the city, but my parents and I often went to the dacha. I helped them plant vegetables, weed the beds and water them. There is a forest not far from the site. He always attracted me with his beauty and clean air. I like one clearing where I sometimes spend time admiring flowers and eating fragrant strawberries.

One day, as usual, I came to the clearing, it was in the evening, and noticed that the grass was moving a little. I decided to take a look and saw a hedgehog. He immediately curled up into a ball. But as soon as I walked away, the hedgehog ran as fast as he could. After this incident I again came to my favorite place, but never met him again.

In the evenings, my friends and I like to ride bicycles, exploring the outskirts of the city, and also play football on the playground in front of the house. Therefore, the evenings were not boring.

In July, my parents and I went to the sea in our car. It turned out to be quite a journey. We often stopped and had breakfast in nature. When we passed Beautiful places, we definitely tried to go out and examine them, and took a lot of photographs. I especially liked the blooming lotuses; I have never seen such beauty up close!

Along the way we visited many beautiful and big cities, admired architectural monuments, and went to museums. And ahead of us was a vacation at sea.

As soon as we arrived and unpacked our things, we immediately ran to Cote d'Azur. A thunderstorm had just passed and the beach was half empty. When we entered the water, it was caressing and very warm. We swam with great pleasure and sunbathed a little. There was a pleasant feeling of complete freedom, because at sea everything is forgotten. It seems that there are no longer any difficulties or problems.

In the evenings, we went to the park, went on rides, admired the beautiful and fragrant flower beds, sat in a cafe and ate ice cream.

The sea attracts with its diversity - it can be calm or agitated with foaming waves. Once we swam on the waves, it’s an indescribable feeling when some force throws you up and throws you. That day I collected many large shells brought by the sea surf.

On the way back, we stopped by relatives in the village to chat and rest from the road. We were given warm fresh milk. And early in the morning my dad and I went fishing. I was immediately lucky and pulled out a large crucian carp, and after a while another one. Dad also caught a few small fish and also caught a mirror carp.

Ahead of us was the road to the house again. But there were many pleasant impressions that will not be forgotten for a long time.
The good news was that there was still a month of rest before school. Although I already miss my classmates. You can start studying again, please your parents with excellent grades, learning and discovering something new.

The summer passed quickly, I had a good rest, but it left many pleasant memories and impressions. All the same!

Summer is my favorite season of the year. Not because the longest holidays are starting, but because it’s warm. In the summer there are so many opportunities to relax or take a walk somewhere. During my favorite times, I really like to swim and sunbathe. Even in the warm season, I like to ride a bike and play various sports games: football, volleyball. When I had free time, I wanted to write an essay about my favorite summer in my personal diary.

My favorite season has the longest days of the year. And in the north, in the summer, in a city like St. Petersburg, for example, you can observe white nights. I want to visit St. Petersburg and enjoy this warm phenomenon. In summer it is very beautiful nature. Especially sunsets on the coast warm sea that you can admire for a long time. Watching how the sky at sunset turns from blue-yellow to orange and finally to red, and then how the sun slowly disappears behind the horizon.

In the summer, I like to go on vacation with my parents to the sea, where you can swim in warm water, sunbathe in the sun, play volleyball, football, ride the slides and have fun. Even in the summer season, I like to go to the forest or to a planting, where everything around is green and admire the beauty of nature. My younger brother was asked to write an essay on the topic of summer, and I decided to help him.

Topic: how I spent it

Summer is a warm time of the year and you want to spend it as interesting as possible. So that there will be enough impressions for the whole year. In June, I went on vacation to a camp on the sea coast and wanted to tell you how I spent time there this year. The camp was called Aztecs. Our detachment was large, about 50 people. I rested for 12 days. Every day was planned out. We had four counselors. The rise was at 8 o'clock in the morning. After which we went as a group to the dining room, where a glass of juice was prepared for us. After which at 8:30 all our 10 squads had morning exercises. Before exercise, we ran a warm-up lap. Then we went to our building, where we gathered, cleaned around the room, and at 10 o’clock we all went to breakfast.

After breakfast we went to the sea, where we swam, played volleyball, football, and sunbathed. At 13:00 we went to the building, where we changed clothes and went to lunch at 13:30. After which at 14:00 we began a quiet hour until 16:00. Then we went to the dining room for an afternoon snack, where we were given juice, milk and various buns. After which we went to the sports ground and played football, volleyball and organized various sports competitions.

At 19:00 we had lunch, and after lunch on various days we had discos, watched cartoons, and had various performances prepared by each detachment in the assembly hall. In addition to all this, we had a lot of other interesting things: we dressed up as Indians and walked around the green territory of the camp, went to the movies, and participated in football competitions between squads. We had various clubs and a lot of other things. I really liked it and I want to go to the camp again next year. After arriving home, I told many people how I spent my summer this year.

Essay nature in summer

Nature in summer is indescribably beautiful. I like to walk in parks and squares. Sit somewhere on a bench and enjoy the beauty of the trees dressed in their summer green attire. Listen to the birds chirping.
Most of all, I like to go out of town with my parents on weekends to the forest or to the river, where you can enjoy all the colors of the season. At the beginning of summer, various wild flowers bloom in all the colors of the rainbow in the forest clearings. I like to collect these flowers together with my mother into a large multi-colored bouquet. Butterflies and bees land on the flowers that grow in the meadows.

It can be very hot in summer. The thermometer sometimes shows temperatures above 40 degrees. On days like these, you want the hot season to end as soon as possible and the coolness to come. I noticed that at the beginning of summer the leaves on the trees are light green, in the middle of the season they are dark green, and at the end of summer they lose their rich green color and begin to turn yellow and brown, which indicates the arrival of autumn.

Nature especially transforms in summer, when it starts to rain after long hot days. I especially like blind rain, when the sun is shining and it is raining - it is a very beautiful and interesting natural phenomenon.
It only happens in the summer that the sun was shining, it was hot and there was no sign of anything bad weather. Suddenly dark clouds appeared, a strong wind blew, which began to raise strong dust from the ground, thunder and lightning appeared, and a few minutes later it began to rain. People who did not have time to hide under the cover literally became so wet in just a few minutes, as if they had just come out of the water. A few minutes after the rain began, water flowed along the roads and sidewalks in large streams, creating large puddles in the lowlands. But an hour later the rain stopped and the sun appeared through a gap in the clouds. After some time, the sky became almost clear, and only the wet ground with large puddles reminded that it had recently rained. Nature in the summer season is very beautiful and diverse.

Summer for me was not rich in adventures and travel. I stayed in the city with my parents. While my parents went to work, I helped them around the house: washing dishes, cleaning, and even sometimes preparing dinner.

Almost every day my friend Lesha and I visited each other, played computer games, went for walks, rode bicycles and skateboards. Lesha’s mom taught us how to make delicious, cool lemonade to escape the heat a little, and we made it almost every day.

Over the summer I read a lot, I also watched educational programs on TV about animals. In the middle of summer, my parents took a vacation, and we now spent more time together. In the evenings they often played Board games, watched comedies and went for a walk.

Even in the summer we went to the dacha to help my grandmother with the garden, but this was not often. We stayed with her for several days. Mom helped her tighten the jars, make jam, and close the compote. Dad helped with minor repairs, tightened shelves, cabinet doors, and door handles. My parents and I often went on picnics outside the city. We always took something tasty with us: sandwiches, fruit, lemonade or cold fruit drink, sometimes we fried kebabs or sausages.

If we stopped by the water, we also swam. I liked being in nature, my dad coached me in football, we made goals from large branches, and we brought the ball from home. While we were playing, mom collected flowers into a beautiful bouquet, which she then brought home. I don't regret that we didn't go anywhere this summer. We spent a lot of time together and did a lot of important and useful things. We had a good rest at home, the main thing is that we were together.

Essay option 1: How I want to spend the summer

Hooray! It's summer. This is the most favorite time of the year, as you really look forward to it. I was really looking forward to these holidays, as in the summer there is an opportunity to relax and gain new strength for the next school year. In the village you have the opportunity to diversify your holiday, as there are many ways active rest. Every summer my friends and I go to the river and swim, and this is very good for our health. The air in the village is very fresh and you can breathe very calmly and freely, unlike in the city, which is filled with harmful emissions. There is also something to do in inclement weather: reading books. I really like to spend my summer holidays in the countryside and if there is a choice: a city or a village, then I choose the second method of relaxation and would not exchange it for anything. Over the entire summer, you can gain strength and use it fruitfully throughout the school year. I will look forward to the end of the school year and mentally prepare for my next vacation.

The difficult school year has finally ended and the long-awaited summer holidays have begun. The hot, long summer days have arrived. We spent time in the courtyards until late in the evening. We played football with the guys from neighboring yards, I was a goalkeeper, and I was very good at it.

It was a good holiday, I'm looking forward to the next one.

Option 5

Many people spend the summer in warm southern seas, but this summer we decided to go to the White Sea. It is located in the north of Russia and is also called Studeny. There are islands in the very center of the sea. They are called Solovetsky. My parents and I went there. The trip took place at the end of July, so for the first half of the summer I made a list of necessary things and read information about Solovki on the Internet.

The Solovetsky Islands include several islands:

  • Bolshoi Solovetsky,
  • Anzer,
  • Big and Small Muksalma,
  • Zayatsky.

There is something to see there:

  • monastery,
  • Sekirnaya mountain,
  • labyrinths,
  • man-made dam,
  • lake-canal system of the island,
  • Filippovsky gardens,
  • Botanical Garden.

On the first day, after we arrived and checked into the hotel, we decided to go for a walk to the Cape of Labyrinths. It was located not far from our hotel, just a 5-minute walk. The labyrinth is made of stones. True, it was made recently, but the real ancient labyrinths are located on Bolshoi Zayatsky Island. It is unknown who built them on the island and why, but they are more than several thousand years old. You cannot walk through the labyrinths on Zayatsky Island, because the island is a nature reserve.

On the second day, we rented bicycles and went to the island of Bolshaya Muksalma, which is connected to the island of Bolshoy Solovetsky by a man-made dam made of huge stones 1 km long. When we rented bicycles, we were told that the road to the dam was bad, the distance to it was 11 kilometers, some of which we would have to carry the bicycles on ourselves. It will take an hour and a half. To say that the road is bad is to say nothing! Huge puddles, swamps - we encountered it all! But the dam is worth a look.

On Mount Sekirnaya, there was an excursion there on the third day, there is a monastery - a lighthouse, and from there from observation deck opens beautiful view to the Big Solovetsky Island! Sekirnaya Mountain is the most high point islands. It's not easy to get there - a wooden staircase leads up. They say that a person who climbs it has one sin forgiven!

The main attraction of the Big Solovetsky Island is the Monastery - a unique structure. The walls are made of huge boulders. This is a kind of fortress that has withstood several sieges. Previously, the monastery was a prison. The chambers have been preserved, which you can look into if you wish. We went there on our last day on the island.

We bought home the most popular souvenirs from Solovki - roe gingerbread, seaweed marmalade, fried Solovetsky herring and a few other trinkets! We didn’t have time to see all the sights of the Solovetsky Islands, so we decided to return there next year.

Option 6

This summer was simply unforgettable and somehow unusual. And this is exactly what I will talk about today.

I just love summertime. This is the time when you can relax and do nothing. And most importantly, you don't have to go to school.

This summer I went to visit my grandmother in the village. Not for the whole summer, but for about one month. This village is located an hour's drive from the city. There is a small grandmother's hut there. Why a hut? The fact is that the house is very small, it only has three rooms. The house is adobe, not built of brick. My grandmother has many animals and a large vegetable garden. It was a great surprise for me to see cows, ducks, geese and chickens. Most of all I fell in love with a dog named Tuzik. Now I have another friend.

I had to work a little at my grandmother's. But it was even interesting. In the morning we got up early to feed the animals and clean their barns. Then I could go herd sheep with a neighbor. Or I could watch my grandmother milk the cows. Many discoveries happened for me this summer. From how cute chickens can be to the fact that the toilet can be located outside. I was very surprised by the summer shower, the water in which is heated by the sun.

I also had to dig up the garden a little and pull out the weeds there. I remember how scared I was when I saw the earthworm. In general, while I was with my grandmother, I managed to miss my parents and younger brother. How I still love them!

After returning home, my mother was very happy to see me, and I was happy to see her. We went for walks to parks with children's attractions. There I rode swans and on a Ferris wheel. On those days when we took our brother with us, my mother bought us ice cream and we licked it for a long time.

This summer I had the opportunity to visit the zoo. There you could feed and even touch cute animals. What I remember most is the giraffe. He's so funny and tall. And what I liked least of all was the wild boar. It's small and smelly.

This summer I wanted to visit the water park, but my brother got sick and we were never able to visit this cool place.

This summer was one of the best of my life. I'll be looking forward to the next one summer months to learn and see something new and interesting for yourself.

My summer

During the next holidays, my parents suggested going abroad. I gladly agreed, because what was waiting ahead an amusing trip by plane to another country. Shortly before the flight, I had to collect the necessary things, and was looking forward to an unforgettable vacation.

July 21st has come the long-awaited day. When we boarded the plane, it was a little scary. When we rose above the ground and looked out the window, it turned out to be a stunning view, and the fear quickly dissipated. We landed in amazing country Portugal. A luxurious hotel and colorful excursions awaited us here. First of all, we went for a walk around the capital of the country - Lisbon. We spent a long time enjoying the masterpieces of architectural art and visited the Torrey de Belem towers. I was incredibly surprised by the openwork balconies, jagged walls and gorgeous views that opened from the top of the castle. After resting a little, we went to the beautiful beaches strewn with snow-white sand and swam in the clear, warm water. At the end of the day we just sat on the shore and enjoyed the tide of the waves.

During our vacation, we learned something new every moment. A wonderful ride on the symbol of the city, the yellow tram, amazing fado, a gorgeous oceanarium and an incredible water park. A lot of exotic food was sold on the streets, which was incredibly tasty and nutritious.

Every moment spent in Lisbon will remain in your memory forever. I will never forget sympathetic people luxury castles and well-groomed beaches, and beautiful views from the top of the mountain. When the time came to go back, it became very sad. I wanted to lie carefree on the beach and visit other interesting places. On the way back it wasn’t scary at all; I told my family and friends about the wonderful places and our adventures in new country. I hope that we will be able to discover new cities every summer, and that vacations abroad will become an annual tradition in our family. Travel inspires, motivates you to work more and study well.

  • I love summer for its beauty and warmth. In summer everything is so beautiful: beautiful flowers, colorful butterflies, amazing insects.
I spent this summer fun and interesting. At the beginning of summer I went to Bashkiria. I swam in the lake and took part in Sabantui games. The visit to the Bird Park was very memorable. There I saw different birds and animals, rode in a carriage, walked along a suspension bridge. I'm looking forward to next summer!

Last summer was especially hot. There was almost no rain and the bright and hot sun accompanied the entire three months of the holidays. It was stuffy in the city apartment, but a walk on the street did not bring relief. Only in the evening hours did the boys and I go out to the playground next to the house to kick a ball or ride a bike.

With the onset of summer, many people feel a surge of strength and vigor. I wouldn’t say that they weren’t there before, but in the summer it feels somehow special. In the summer, you can waste time on things that you don’t have time for during school days. For example, communicate more with friends, kick a ball with the guys, spend more time with family, eat ice cream, swim in the river, sleep longer than usual...

Warm summer time, as always, pleases students. The school year ends and everyone goes on a long summer vacation. I spent this time simply wonderful, I traveled all summer. I spent the whole of June with my grandparents in the village. There I swam in the lake with local boys and girls, tried to milk a cow, messenger geese, and even dug up the ground several times, helping my beloved grandmother.

Autumn has come and it’s time for me to go to school again, but I will remember last summer for a long time! This summer I was especially lucky because I didn’t sit at home much, but only traveled around. When the summer holidays had just begun, my mother sent my brother and I to Grandma Shura to stay. There I met my old girlfriends, whom I met two years ago.

Summer is the most fun and bright time of the year. It is then that nature blossoms, everything around lives and enjoys life. I’m no exception: this time I spent my holidays “excellently”! From the first days of warm weather, we helped grandma plant potatoes.

I, like most schoolchildren, simply adore summer. I'm not at all afraid of the summer heat. In my opinion, it is much better to escape the heat by eating ice cream, swimming in the river or sea, than to bundle up against the cold. I really love being outside the city, and summer is the ideal time for outings into nature.

The beginning of the summer turned out to be very boring, because all my friends left the city, but I stayed. I had no one to go out with and I almost never left the house, but only sat at the computer and watched TV. But at the end of August, my mother and I went to Turkey to go to the sea.

WITH A PLAN! I've been looking forward to this summer more than ever. Primary school is behind us, secondary school is ahead, almost adult and more serious. Back in June, dad promised to give me a brand new high-speed bicycle, which I had been eyeing for a long time in a sports store. And so it happened...

I think summer is the best best time year, because it’s warm, it’s very beautiful around and we have a wonderful opportunity to relax. Summer is a time for vacations and holidays. We can go anywhere, spend time by a river or lake on fresh green grass, swim in warm water, or climb mountains, or play various games, ride a bike, etc.

Summer holidays always bring pleasant impressions. Lessons, school bells and breaks are left behind, and ahead is the expectation of something good. My sister and I take care of our vegetables. Dill, parsley, sorrel and radishes grow in our green bed. We are happy to water and weed our green bed.

Summer is always a special time of year and every person tries to make it memorable. The ability to notice simple little things and absorb the sunny and joyful moments of every day will come in handy here. Even if on the street goes It’s raining, the trip to the seaside is cancelled, and the store is out of your favorite ice cream. After all, these are just individual days, and in general, summer is a kaleidoscope of vivid experiences that we hold in our hands.

In my opinion, summer is the most wonderful time of the year, because it is very warm, everything is beautiful around, and we have an excellent opportunity to relax. Summer is also a time of holidays and holidays. We can go anywhere, have a wonderful time by the pond, in the shade of emerald greenery, splash in the warm water. Or you can go to the mountains, ride a bike or play all kinds of games.

My essay about summer turned out to be the best in the class. So I decided to publish it on the site.

    Mini-essay “Summer Vacation”

I want to tell you about mine summer vacation on the sea. In July, my mother received a long-awaited vacation. I knew that we would go to Crimea, since my mother bought tickets in advance, and counted the days until this joyful event. And so we went on a trip to the Black Sea. We traveled to the city of Simferopol by train, and from Simferopol to Yalta by a comfortable bus. Almost the entire way I looked out the window and admired the wonderful expanses of our country.

When we approached, it became noticeably warmer. We settled in one of best hotels Yalta - "Oreanda". I really liked that it is located in the city center, right on the seashore. So we even enjoyed the picturesque view of the Yalta embankment from the window. Every day my mother and I swam in salty sea water and sunbathed on the beach.

We're done with our vacation interesting journey on a boat. Sitting on the deck, we did not take our eyes off the fabulously beautiful shores of the Black Sea.

The story “How did I spend my summer?”

    Summer day on the lake

This summer my parents and I visited my grandfather in the village. The nature there is very beautiful, there is a forest and a lake. For our arrival, my grandfather bought an inflatable rubber boat. You can ride on it on the lake and fish. My dad and I have been dreaming about this for a long time.

After having breakfast on the way, we went to the lake. Barbos, Grandfather's faithful watchdog, was with us. Reeds grew on the shore of the lake. A pair of white swans swam gracefully in the reeds. We couldn't help but admire these graceful creatures with beautiful long necks. Me, dad, grandpa and the dog Barbos got into the boat. There were slight ripples on the lake. The water is so clean that it is even transparent. We sailed on a boat and saw the entire bottom at a depth of several meters. Variegated pebbles and river sand, and algae. The fish at the bottom were moving in a herd.

Dad and grandfather worked with the oars, and the boat quickly moved forward. The dog did not take his eyes off the water. Grandfather said that Barbos loves to ride on the lake and even knows how to swim. The air was clean and fresh. The sun warmed it tenderly. A light breeze was blowing. How nice it was in the boat!

We moored to the other side of the lake. There was nice beach. While grandpa was fishing, dad and I swam and sunbathed on the shore. The water was warm, so it was very pleasant to swim. Grandfather was happy about the good bite. He often stood up and pulled the fishing line, pulling fat perches into the boat.

In the evening we prepared fish soup from fresh fish. Grandfather suggested putting the cauldron on the fire, which gave the fish soup a captivating aroma and delicious taste.

    Summer walk in the forest

The next day we went into the forest. It smelled of pine and mushrooms. The lush grass underfoot gave off an emerald shine. Birds chattered chatteringly above our heads. It is interesting to watch the life of the summer forest. Here is a squirrel busily scurrying around a pine tree. Various insects swarm in the grass. Rooks are busy in the trees near their nests. Somewhere in the distance a cuckoo is calling.

We collected two buckets of mushrooms and went out to the edge of the forest. There we met a moose cow with a calf. When they saw us, they hurried to run away. I saw a grass snake on an old stump. At first I mistook him for a snake and was scared, but my grandfather calmed me down. He explained that the bite no longer poses a danger to humans. Walking along a narrow path, we came out to thickets of bushes. Raspberries and wild strawberries grew there. This year turned out to be a berry year. The incredible aroma and unusually sweet taste of wild berries is unforgettable! You can’t buy these in the city for any money... Unable to resist the temptation, we ate strawberries straight from the bush. Raspberries were also visible and invisible, just pick them off. It’s just a pity that raspberries have nettles as their friends. It is so high and burning that you cannot reach the ripest berries. We found a bush where there were fewer nettles and took home three baskets of large, fragrant berries.

This is where our story comes to an end. The sun had set, but it was still light. A little tired, but happy, with our hands full of generous forest gifts, we returned to the village.

My dad and I liked the summer forest so much that we started going there almost every day. One day we were caught in the forest by rain. In the city in such weather there is dirt, but in the forest the earth greedily absorbs moisture. It seems as if all the trees are washing themselves at the same time. They are covered with raindrops that fall to the ground with every movement. But the downpour did not last long. Soon the clouds cleared and the gentle sun came out. In the light of the sun's rays, the forest turned bright green and burned with diamond sparks. Indescribable beauty!

I really liked how I spent my summer. I am glad that I came to the village, visited the lake and the forest. I hope that my parents and I will be able to stay with my grandfather next year.

Essay describing a forest in summer

    Description of the summer forest

Summer is the most picturesque and generous time of the year. Where else, if not in the forest, can you relax your soul, recharge your energy and enjoy the beauty of diverse forms of life! It is for this reason that on fine summer days I like to spend there from dawn to dusk.

There is nothing more beautiful than contemplating nature awakening after the night. Here a huge crimson sun appears in the sky. Wide stripes of light, bathing in the dewy grass, stretching, lie on the ground. Silver wormwood, yellow rapeseed, cornflowers - all this is joyfully colorful, mistaking the light of the sun for its own smile.

Birds chirp loudly, carried away by their troubles. Here and there you can hear the calling squeak of voracious chicks, hungry during the night. A funny squirrel scurries quickly around a pine tree. What a hard worker she is! By burying cones in secluded places, the nimble animal makes provisions for the winter. He knows that it won’t always be summer and takes care of his food in advance.

How quickly time flies in the forest! The scorching sun had already risen high in the sky. The midday heat spread over the earth. But in the dense coniferous forest there is always a pleasant coolness. Insects swarm in the soil, beetles and butterflies fly past. A knock is heard. The forest doctor is always busy. From afar you can hear the cuckooing of the forest fortuneteller - the gray cuckoo. In the tall grass, corncrakes scream without rest.

My walk through the summer forest

After wandering through the thicket of the forest, I head towards the bushes. A small tubercle is completely covered with pale-faced, blossoming blueberries. The green pimples of future blueberry berries produced barely noticeable gray blades of petals. They will crumble unnoticeably. Then the berry will begin to enlarge, turn purple, and turn blue. Finally, it will turn black with a grayish coating. Blueberries are delicious when ripe. And the hospitable summer forest shares its generous gifts with everyone.

A large black stump collects the rays of the sun and becomes very hot. Six small lizards crawled out of the swamp and clung to the warmth.

The summer day is long, but here, among the beauty of the forest, it passes unnoticed. You look, and the sun is already setting below the horizon. The last rays burn like crimson spots on the tree trunks. One after another, the honored forest singers - the nightingales - fall silent.

The dark night is coming. The moon mysteriously shines on the surrounding forest. Night grasshoppers chirp. Bats fly silently in search of food. Hidden forest streams gurgle faintly. They smell like fragrant night violets. A new, special nightlife begins.
